THE GANG FORM THAT HAVE A INTEGRATED CURING SHEET
The present invention relates to a gang form integrated type curing sheet for heat-insulating and curing a pre-placed vertical member and, more specifically, to a gang form integrated type curing sheet for heat-insulating and curing a pre-placed vertical member, which can be easily unfolded by using a guide frame in a gang form and be integrated with the gang form to prevent concrete cured just before in a state in which the gang form is lifted in a high-rise environment from being exposed to rain and winds, thereby keeping an enough heat-insulating and curing period and securing safety of a worker. According to the present invention, the curing sheet installed on the gang form can be safely installed in a situation in which the worker is not exposed to danger to prevent the cured and exposed concrete from being exposed to rain and winds to be affected to a hardening process.
본 발명은 선 타설 수직부재 보온양생을 위한 갱폼 일체화 양생시트에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게 설명하면 갱폼에 가이드프레임을 이용하여 양생시트의 펼침 작업이 용이하도록 하고, 갱폼과 양생시트를 일체화하여 고층환경에서 갱폼이 인양된 상태에서 바로 전 양생된 콘크리트가 우천 및 바람에 노출되는 것을 방지함으로써, 충분한 보온양생 기간을 지킬 수 있도록 하며 작업자의 안전을 확보하도록 하기 위하여 개발된 선 타설 수직부재 보온양생을 위한 갱폼 일체화 양생시트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 갱폼에 설치된 양생시트를 작업자가 위험에 노출되지 않은 상황에서 안전하게 설치하여 양생되어 노출된 콘크리트가 우천과 바람에 노출되어 경화과정에 영향을 받는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
