The present invention relates to a multiple thread screw type quick coupler capable of rotation tilting control and, more specifically, to a multiple thread screw type quick coupler capable of rotation tilting control, which is used in an excavator or the like. The multiple thread screw type quick coupler capable of rotation tilting control includes an actuator configured to enable the rotation tilting control of the quick coupler and applies a helical gear having a screw thread having an angle of 38 degrees to the actuator, thereby reducing a load, improving straightness when a shaft rod of the actuator is moved forward for the rotation tilting control, and decreasing reaction caused by the helical action.
본 발명은 회전 틸팅 제어가 가능한 다줄나사형 퀵커플러에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로는, 굴삭기 등에 사용되는 퀵커플러에 있어서, 퀵커플러의 회전 틸팅 제어가 가능하도록 구성되기 위하여 액추에이터를 포함하되, 38°의 각도를 갖는 나사산이 형성된 헬리컬기어를 액추에이터에 적용함으로써, 부하가 감소하고 회전 틸팅 제어를 위해 액추에이터의 축봉이 직진하는데에 직진성을 향상시키고, 헬리컬 작용에 따른 역작용을 감소시킬 수 있도록 구성된, 회전 틸팅 제어가 가능한 다줄나사형 퀵커플러에 관한 것이다.
