One-touch type reinforcing bar coupler and its manufacturing method
The present invention relates to a coupler for binding reinforcing bars, which connects reinforcing bars used when constructing a house or a building, and a manufacturing method for manufacturing the same. The coupler for binding reinforcing bars is a one-touch coupler to insert reinforcing bars thereinto so as to easily fix two reinforcing bars that are vertically connected in a straight line. The coupler for binding reinforcing bars comprises: a fixing part having a stopping protrusion formed in the coupler into which reinforcing bars are inserted to stop nodes arranged on the reinforcing bars; a stopper which spreads the fixing parts at regular intervals before the reinforcing bars are inserted, and is damaged or is pushed to a support plate when the reinforcing bars are inserted; an O-ring to tightly fix the fixing part on the stopper, and further tightly fix the fixing part on the outer wall of the inserted reinforcing bars when the support plate is pushed; an elastic spring to push the fixing part to fix the reinforcing bars when the reinforcing bars are inserted into the coupler; and a fixing pin operable as a central barrier which includes a support plate to support the spring, and sturdily fixes the inserted reinforcing bars by pushing the support plate while tightening when the fixing pin is rotated.
본 발명은 주택이나 건물을 건축할 때 철근을 사용하는 철근을 연결하는 철근 결속용 커플러에 관한 것으로서 상하로 직선 연결되는 두개의 철근을 고정하기 쉽도록 철근만 꽂으면 되는 원터치형 커플러로 이루어지고 철근이 삽입되는 커플러의 내부에 철근에 구비된 마디가 걸림 될 수 있는 걸림턱이 형성된 고정구와 철근을 삽입하기 전에 각각의 고정구를 일정한 간격으로 벌리고 있다가 철근을 삽입하면 파손 또는 받침판으로 밀려나는 스토퍼, 스토퍼에 고정구를 밀착 고정하고 있다가 받침판이 밀려나면 삽입된 철근 외벽에 고정구를 더욱 밀착 고정시켜주는 오링, 철근을 커플러 내부로 삽입하면 고정구를 밀어 철근을 고정시키는 탄성 스프링과 스프링을 지지하는 받침판을 포함하고 돌리면 조이면서 받침판을 밀어 삽입된 철근을 견고하게 고정하는 중앙분리대 겸 고정핀으로 이루어진 철근 결속용 커플러와 이를 제작하는 제작방법에 관한 것이다.
