Apparatus and method for ashes solidification
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method and apparatus for solidifying ashes, which solidify ashes in a compact configuration so that memories of the deceased or pets can be kept for a long period of time. To this end, the method for solidifying ashes according to the present invention comprises: an ashes preparation step of collecting ashes after cremation; an ashes crushing step of crushing the collected and making the same into powder; a stirring step of adding water to the crushed ashes and kneading the same; a molding step of molding the dough into a plurality of molded objects having a predetermined shape; a heating step of melting each of the molded objects; and a cooling step of cooling each of the melted molded objects and solidifying the same. In addition, the apparatus for solidifying ashes according to the present invention comprises: a vertical mounting member installed on a working table; a horizontal mounting member installed on the vertical mounting member to be elevated; a torch installed on the horizontal mounting member to form gas flames; a gas supply unit connected to the torch and supplying gas for forming flames; a tension providing member installed on an upper part of the horizontal mounting member, connected to the horizontal mounting member by wires to give tension, and thus elastically supporting the horizontal mounting member; and a heating plate unit installed on a working table on a lower side of the torch to be rotated and moved in a horizontal direction, and having the molded objects arranged therein.
본 발명은 콤팩트한 구성으로 유골을 고형화시켜 고인 또는 애완동물에 대한 추억을 오랫동안 간직할 수 있도록 하는 유골 고형화 방법 및 장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명의 유골 고형화 방법은, 화장(火葬) 이후 유골을 모집하는 유골준비단계; 상기 모집된 유골을 분쇄하여 분말화하는 유골분쇄단계; 상기 분말화된 유골에 물을 첨가하여 반죽하는 교반단계; 상기 반죽을 일정 형상을 가지는 다수개의 성형체로 성형하는 성형단계; 상기 성형체 각각을 용융시키는 가열단계; 및, 상기 용융된 성형체 각각을 냉각하여 고형화하는 냉각단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 더불어 본 발명의 유골 고형화 장치는, 작업테이블에 설치되는 수직거치부재; 상기 수직거치부재 상에 승강 가능하게 설치되는 수평거치부재; 상기 수평거치부재에 설치되어 가스 불꽃을 형성시키는 토치; 상기 토치와 연결되어 불꽃 형성을 위한 가스를 공급하는 가스공급유닛; 상기 수직거치부재의 상부에 설치되며 상기 수평거치부재와 와이어로 연결되어 상기 와이어에 텐션을 부여함으로써 상기 수평거치부재를 탄성 지지하는 텐션제공부재; 및, 상기 토치의 하부측 작업테이블에 회전 및 수평 이동이 가능하게 설치되어 상기 성형체 다수개가 배치되는 가열플레이트유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method and apparatus for solidifying ashes, which solidify ashes in a compact configuration so that memories of the deceased or pets can be kept for a long period of time.
