CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF GROUND HEAT EXCHANGE PIPE BEFORE EXCAVATION USING JIG PIPE
An objective of the present invention is to provide a construction method of an underground heat exchange pipe which can quickly and easily construct an underground heat exchange pipe. According to the present invention, the construction method of an underground heat exchange pipe before bed excavation using a jig pipe comprises: a basic step of drilling a bore hole on the ground and then inserting an underground heat exchange pipe into the bore hole; a jig pipe insertion step of inserting a jig pipe into the bore hole to connect the jig pipe to the upper end of the heat exchange pipe, wherein the jig pipe includes a base pipe extended in the longitudinal direction of the bore hole, and a pair of extension pipes branching from the lower end of the base pipe into two parts and connected to the heat exchange pipe, and has a penetration hole penetrating the base pipe and the connection pipes; a step of performing grouting on the bore hole; and a jig recovery step of recovering the jig pipe.
본 발명에 따른 지그관을 이용한 터파기 전 지중 열교환 파이프 시공 방법은, 지면에 보어 홀을 천공한 이후 상기 보어 홀에 지중 열교환 파이프를 삽입하는 기초 단계; 상기 보어 홀에 지그관을 삽입하여 상기 열교환 파이프의 상단과 연결하는 것으로서, 상기 지그관은 상기 보어 홀의 길이 방향을 따라 연장관 베이스관과, 상기 베이스관의 하단에서 2갈래로 분기되어 상기 열교환 파이프에 연결되는 1쌍의 연결관으로 이루어진 상태에서 상기 베이스관과 상기 연결관을 관통하는 관통홀을 구비한, 지그관 삽입 단계; 상기 보어 홀에 그라우팅을 수행하는 단계; 상기 지그관을 회수하는 지그관 회수 단계;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
