The present invention relates to a rice straw panel for a construction material. In particular, the rice straw panel for a construction material comprises: a rice straw board (10) formed by binding, with a horizontal strap (16a) and a vertical strap (16b), a rice straw stack (11) so that a plurality of horizontal rice straw layers (12) and a plurality of vertical rice straw layers (13) are bound to each other while the rice straw stack (11) is pressed at a predetermined pressure, wherein the rice straw stack (11) is formed by alternately stacking the horizontal rice straw layers (12) and the vertical rice straw layers (13) in a plurality of stages, and the horizontal rice straw layers (12) are formed by disposing a plurality of sterilized and dried rice straws (12a) to be adjacent to each other in a direction horizontal to the longitudinal direction of the rice straws, and the vertical rice straw layers (13) are formed by disposing a plurality of sterilized and dried rice straws (13a) on the horizontal rice straw layers (12) to be adjacent to each other in a direction orthogonal to the rice straws (12a) of the horizontal rice straw layers (12); and a net (20) formed by binding horizontal straps (21) to vertical straps (22) in a net shape and fixed to a side of the rice straw board (10) by an adhesive or a fixing means. 본 발명은 볏짚을 이용한 건축자재용 패널에 관한 것으로, 특히 살균 건조한 복수의 볏짚(12a)을 볏짚 길이방향에 대한 횡방향으로 서로 인접하게 배치한 가로 볏짚층(12)과, 상기 가로 볏짚층(12)의 위에 살균 건조한 복수의 볏짚(13a)을, 상기 가로 볏짚층(12)의 볏짚(12a)과 직교하는 방향으로 서로 인접하게 배치하여 적층한 세로 볏짚층(13)을, 교대로 복수의 단으로 적층하여 이루어진 볏짚 적층체(11)와, 상기 볏짚 적층체(11)를 일정한 압력으로 누른 상태에서 복수의 가로 볏짚층(12)과 복수의 세로 볏짚층(13)들이 서로 결속되도록 가로 결속끈(16a)과 세로 결속끈(16b)으로 결속하여 구성된 볏짚 보드(10); 및 가로 끈(21)과 세로 끈(22)을 망상으로 엮어서 만들어지고, 상기 볏짚 보드(10)의 한쪽면에 접착제 또는 고정수단으로 고정되는 망체(20);로 이루어진다.
