An objective of the present invention is to provide a block for a sidewalk and a road using illite, which is eco-friendly and is manufactured by mixing illite. The block for a sidewalk and a road using illite comprises: a block body (100); and a surface layer (200) including illite powder installed on an upper portion of the block body (100). Also, the surface layer (200) includes: a binder in which 5-15 parts by weight of refined desulfurization plaster and 2.5-7.5 parts by weight of waste refractories are mixed based on 100 parts by weight of blast furnace slag cement including 60-70 parts by weight of blast furnace slag powder; and mixed aggregate in which 40-60 parts by weight of recycled aggregate and 0.1-2 parts by weight of illite powder are mixed based on 100 parts by weight of stone flour aggregate.
본 발명은 블록본체(100); 상기 블록본체(100) 상부에 포설되는 일라이트분말이 포함된 표면층(200); 을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일라이트를 이용한 보차도용 블록을 제공한다. 더불어 상기 표면층(200)은, 고로슬래그 미분말 60~70 중량부를 포함하는 고로슬래그 시멘트 3종 100중량부 기준으로, 정제 탈황석고 5~15중량부, 폐내화물 2.5~7.5중량부가 혼합된 결합재; 및, 석분골재 100중량부를 기준으로, 순환골재 40~60중량부, 일라이트분말 0.1~2중량부가 혼합된 혼합골재;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일라이트를 이용한 보차도용 블록을 제공한다.
