OPEN AND SHUT APPARATUS FOR DOOR CLOSURE FIRE DOOR
Disclosed is an automatic opening/closing apparatus for a fire door closer, which determines the direction of opening a hinged fire door so as to meet the moving direction of an entering person, and closes the fire door when there is no entering person. To this end, the automatic opening/closing apparatus for a fire door closer comprises: a motor; an electronic clutch connected to a power transfer shaft of the motor so as to selectively transfer rotary force of the motor; a gear box including a first driving shaft having a first helical gear connected to the electronic clutch to transfer rotary force of the motor, and a second driving shaft having a second helical gear coming in full contact and engaged with the first helical gear in a vertical direction to link to the first helical gear; a power supply unit which supplies an electric current to the motor and the electronic clutch; and a control unit which controls the operation of the power supply unit in accordance with a signal inputted from the outside. According to the present invention, even if an abnormal external force is applied to the fire door while the fire door is rotating, the transfer of the driving force transferred from the motor can be blocked to protect the driving apparatuses such as the motor and prevent accidents.
출입자의 이동 방향에 적합하도록 여닫이식 방화문의 개방 방향을 결정하고, 출입자가 없을 때에는 방화문을 폐쇄하는 방화문 도어클로저용 자동 개폐장치가 개시된다. 이를 위하여 모터와, 상기 모터의 회전력을 선택적으로 전달하도록 모터의 동력전달축에 연결되는 전자 클러치와, 상기 전자 클러치에 연결되며 모터의 회전력을 전달하는 제1 헬리컬기어가 구비된 제1 구동축, 및 상기 제1 헬리컬기어에 수직방향으로 밀착되고 치합되어 제1 헬리컬기어와 연동하는 제2 헬리컬기어가 구비된 제2 구동축이 포함된 기어박스와, 상기 모터와 전자 클러치에 전류를 공급하는 전원부, 및 외부로부터 입력되는 신호에 따라 전원부의 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 방화문 도어클로저용 자동 개폐장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 방화문이 회전되는 과정 중에 비정상적인 외력이 방화문에 작용하더라도 모터로부터 전달되는 구동력의 전달을 차단하여 모터 등의 구동장치를 보호하고 안전사고를 예방할 수 있다.

Disclosed is an automatic opening/closing apparatus for a fire door closer, which determines the direction of opening a hinged fire door so as to meet the moving direction of an entering person, and closes the fire door when there is no entering person.
