Coating flooring to prevent cracking

The present invention relates to a coating type flooring material for preventing cracks, which prevents a small crack on a concrete floor layer from being the entire crack of a coating type flooring material. The coating type flooring material for preventing cracks of the present invention comprises: a plurality of level clips (10) having a ring-shaped adhesive (11) attached to an upper side of a concrete floor layer, and an L-shaped protrusion (15) having one side protruding upward with the other side end connected to the adhesive (11); a foam layer (20) for foaming urethane to correspond to the height of the level clips (10) on the upper side of the concrete floor layer; a mesh layer (30) installed with a fiber mesh via an adhesive primer on an upper side of the foam layer (20) which is completely cured; an intermediate layer (40) having a liquid urethane to be cured to be flat in the thickness of 2 to 10 mm on an upper side of the mesh layer (30); and a surface layer (50) formed on an upper side of the intermediate layer (40). In the surface layer (50), non-slip silica is sprayed to the upper side of the intermediate layer (40) after the intermediate layer (40) is cured, an upper side of the sprayed silica is coated and then, a night reflective bead is sprayed.

본 발명은 균열을 방지하는 도막형 바닥재에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 콘크리트 바닥층의 작은 균열이 도막형바닥재 전체 균열로 연결되는 것을 방지하도록 하는 균열을 방지하는 도막형 바닥재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 콘크리트 바닥층 상측에 부착되는 링 형상의 접착구(11)와, 상기 접착구(11)에 일측단이 연결된 상태로 타측이 상측으로 돌출되는 "ㄱ" 형상의 돌출구(15)로 이루어진 다수개의 레벨클립(10)과; 상기 콘크리트 바닥층 상측에 상기 레벨클립(10)의 높이에 맞춰 우레탄이 발포되는 발포층(20)과; 경화 완료된 상기 발포층(20)의 상측에 접착용 프라이머를 매개로 섬유메쉬망이 설치되는 메쉬층(30)과; 상기 메쉬층(30)의 상측에 액상우레탄이 2~10mm의 두께로 평탄하게 양생되는 중층(40)과; 상기 중층(40)의 상측에 형성되는 표층(50)으로 구성되고, 상기 표층(50)은, 상기 중층(40)이 양생된 후, 상기 중층(40)의 상측에 논슬립용 규사가 살포되고, 살포된 규사의 상측을 코팅한 다음 야간 반사용 비드가 살포되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 대 표 도 - 도1
