The eco-friendly Mortar Cposition Using Pozzolan
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly mortar composition using pozzolan, and more specifically, to an eco-friendly mortar composition using pozzolan, which comprises modified liquid sodium silicate, pozzolan-generating material, vermiculite foaming stone and far-infrared stone radiating material. According to the present invention, when the mortar composition is used on internal and external parts as a finishing material for a building, the mortar composition shows deodorization and adsorption and antibacterial action by means of the pozzolan-generating material deodorization, shows insulation, non-flammability, and soundproof properties, which are characteristics of expanded vermiculite, and shows enhanced water resistance by the use of the modified liquid sodium silicate. In addition, during an operation process or when the mortar is sprayed, curing of the mortar can be adjusted, and thus, productivity and workability of the mortar can be improved.
본 발명은 포졸란을 이용한 친환경적 몰타르 조성물에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 개질 액상규산나트륨, 포졸란 발생물질, 질석 발포석 및 원적외석 방사물질을 포함하는 포졸란을 이용한 친환경적 몰타르 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 몰타르 조성물을 건축물의 마감재로 내외장에 사용할 경우 포졸란 발생물질이 탈취, 흡착 항균작용을 하며, 팽창질석의 특성인 단열성, 불연성, 방음성을 나타내고, 개질 액상규산나트륨을 사용함으로써 내수성이 개선되며, 또한 작업과정과 뿜칠할 경우 몰타르의 경화 조절이 가능하여 생산성과 작업성이 향상된다.
