Disclosed is a formwork panel with free adjustment of a coupling position. The formwork panel with free adjustment of a coupling position, according to the present invention, is a formwork panel used to assemble a formwork assembly having a mutually perpendicular plane direction. The formwork panel comprises: a plywood having a square shape through which a plurality of first fastening holes are formed in a transverse direction; four profiles through which a plurality of profile holes are formed and on which the edges of the plywood are respectively seated; and a reinforcement portion which is bonded to the rear surface of the plywood. The reinforcement portion includes: a first unit reinforcement portion formed in a plate shape to support the rear surface of the plywood; and a second unit reinforcement portion which is extended and bent in a vertical direction from one end of the first unit reinforcement portion. In the first unit reinforcement portion, a plurality of second fastening holes are formed therethrough in the transverse direction so as to communicate with the first fastening hole. According to the present invention, the formwork panel which can be easily used when assembling formworks of various shapes and sizes can be provided.
