The present invention relates to an aluminum profile for a movable frame scaffolding and a movable frame scaffolding using the same. More specifically, the present invention is to provide a new aluminum profile manufactured for a movable frame scaffolding and a new movable frame scaffolding which can be easily assembled and disassembled by being assembled using the same. The movable frame scaffolding comprises: first rectangular profile pillars which have two bolt head-shaped first grooves formed long on each side in a lengthwise direction, have the heads of first bolts inserted into the first grooves, and are vertically installed; and second rectangular profile crossbars which have two bolt head-shaped second grooves formed long on each side in the lengthwise direction, have the heads of second bolts inserted into the second grooves, and are coupled to the pillars to be horizontally installed therein. The pillars and the crossbars are coupled by using a bracket having a vertical surface to which the first bolt of the pillar is coupled and a horizontal surface to which the second bolt of the crossbar is coupled. The present invention proposes a new high place workbench or a prefabricated frame scaffold which is easy to install and dismantle and is convenient to use in a divisional business place such as a studio apartment.
본 발명은 이동식 틀 비계용 알루미늄 프로파일 및 이를 이용한 이동식 틀비계에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 이동식 틀 비계용으로 제조된 새로운 알루미늄 프로파일과 이를 이용하여 조립되어 조립 및 해체가 용이한 새로운 이동식 틀비계를 제공하는 것이다. 각각의 면에 두 개의 볼트 머리형 제1 홈들이 길이 방향을 따라서 길게 형성되고, 상기 제1 홈들에 제1 볼트들의 머리가 삽입되고, 수직하게 설치되는 직사각형 제1 프로파일 기둥들과; 및 각각의 면에 두 개의 볼트 머리형 제2 홈들이 길이 방향을 따라서 길게 형성되고, 상기 제2 홈들에 제2 볼트들의 머리가 삽입되고, 상기 기둥들에 결합되어 수평하게 설치되는 직사각형 제2 프로파일 가로대들과;을 포함하고, 상기 기둥들과 상기 가로대들은 기둥의 제1 볼트가 결합되는 수직면과 가로대의 제2 볼트가 결합되는 수평면을 가지는 브라켓을 이용하여 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 틀비계를 제공한다. 본 발명은 설치 및 해체가 간편하여 오피스텔과 같은 구분형 사업장에서 사용하기가 편리한 새로운 고소 작업대 또는 조립식 틀비계를 제시하였다.

The present invention relates to an aluminum profile for a movable frame scaffolding and a movable frame scaffolding using the same. More specifically, the present invention is to provide a new aluminum profile manufactured for a movable frame scaffolding and a new movable frame scaffolding which can be easily assembled and disassembled by being assembled using the same. 본 발명은 이동식 틀 비계용 알루미늄 프로파일 및 이를 이용한 이동식 틀비계에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 이동식 틀 비계용으로 제조된 새로운 알루미늄 프로파일과 이를 이용하여 조립되어 조립 및 해체가 용이한 새로운 이동식 틀비계를 제공하는 것이다. 각각의 면에 두 개의 볼트 머리형 제1 홈들이 길이 방향을 따라서 길게 형성되고, 상기 제1 홈들에 제1 볼트들의 머리가 삽입되고, 수직하게 설치되는 직사각형 제1 프로파일 기둥들과; 및 각각의 면에 두 개의 볼트 머리형 제2 홈들이 길이 방향을 따라서 길게 형성되고, 상기 제2 홈들에 제2 볼트들의 머리가 삽입되고, 상기 기둥들에 결합되어 수평하게 설치되는 직사각형 제2 프로파일 가로대들과;을 포함하고, 상기 기둥들과 상기 가로대들은 기둥의 제1 볼트가 결합되는 수직면과 가로대의 제2 볼트가 결합되는 수평면을 가지는 브라켓을 이용하여 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 틀비계를 제공한다. 본 발명은 설치 및 해체가 간편하여 오피스텔과 같은 구분형 사업장에서 사용하기가 편리한 새로운 고소 작업대 또는 조립식 틀비계를 제시하였다.
