The present invention relates to an integrated panel for an arcade structure and an arcade structure using the same. The integrated panel is capable of considerably reducing costs for installation and manufacture by enabling design without the use of frames and gusset assemblies, which are conventionally necessary, while reducing stress delivered to a pole by significantly reducing the entire specific gravity of a ceiling structure, considerably increasing working efficiency by reducing massive bolting work as well as enabling work without separate equipment such as a crane or the like, forming a side wall of a panel to have a predetermined area while combining side walls of adjacent panels to come in surface-to-surface contact, and confining horizontal displacement through the surface-to-surface combination of the side walls by forming the side walls of an arch-shaped direction into an inclined shape, thereby securing tensile strength and durability by enabling the side walls in surface-to-surface contact to be supported to each other even when a bending moment or a moment arises in a gravity direction.
본 발명은 종래에 필수적으로 사용되었던 프레임들 및 거싯조립체들을 사용하지 않아도 설계가 가능하기 때문에 설치 및 제조비용을 현저히 절감시킴과 동시에 천장구조물의 전체 비중이 현저히 절감되어 지주로 전달되는 부담을 줄일 수 있으며, 크레인 등의 별도의 장비를 사용하지 않아도 작업이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 방대한 볼팅 작업이 절감됨에 따라 작업효율성을 획기적으로 높일 수 있으며, 판넬의 측벽이 소정 면적을 갖도록 형성됨과 동시에 인접하는 판넬들의 측벽들이 면대 면으로 대접되게 결합되며, 아치형 방향의 측벽들을 경사지게 형성함으로써 측벽들의 면대 면 결합에 의하여 수평 변위가 구속되므로 중력 방향의 휨 모멘트 또는 모멘텀이 발생하더라도, 면대 면으로 대접된 측벽들이 서로 지지되어 인장강도 및 내구성을 확보할 수 있는 아케이드 구조물용 통합형 판넬 및 이를 이용한 아케이드 구조물에 관한 것이다.
