The present invention relates to a disassembling and assembling type tilt rotator device for an excavator. The disassembling and assembling type tilt rotator device for an excavator comprises: a quick coupler which is connected to an end portion of a boom of the excavator; a tilting portion which is fixed to a lower side portion of the quick coupler and outputs rotation torque by receiving power applied from the outside; a rotating portion which is mounted on a lower side of the tilting portion to perform tilting operations in left and right directions when the tilting portion is operated, and outputs a rotational force to the lower side; and an adapter which is fixed to the rotating portion, rotates by receiving the rotational force from the rotating portion, and supports a plurality of external mounting equipment detachably. The disassembling and assembling type tilt rotator device for an excavator, according to the present invention, minimizes the use of hydraulic pressure, to reduce the possibility of leakage of hydraulic oil, and has good impact resistance, thereby combining and operating breakers. In addition, a clamping device can be attached thereto and detached therefrom and thus can be separated according to the type of work, thereby reducing a load on the excavator.
본 발명은 굴착기용 분해조립형 틸트 로테이터 장치에 관한 것이다. 이는, 굴착기의 붐대 단부에 결합하는 퀵커플러와; 상기 퀵커플러의 하측부에 고정되며, 외부로부터 인가된 전력을 받아 회전토크를 출력하는 틸팅부와; 상기 틸팅부의 하부에 장착되어 틸팅부의 작동 시 좌우 방향으로 틸팅운동하고, 그 하부로 회전력을 출력하는 로테이팅부와; 상기 로테이팅부에 고정되어 로테이팅부로부터 회전력을 인가받아 회전하고, 다수의 외부 장착장비를 착탈 가능하게 지지하는 어뎁터를 구비한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 굴착기용 분해조립형 틸트 로테이터 장치는, 유압의 사용을 최소화함으로써 유압유의 누설 가능성이 적으며 양호한 내충격성을 가지므로 브레이커를 얼마든지 조합 운용할 수 있다. 또한, 집게장치가 착탈 가능하므로 작업의 종류에 따라 집게장치를 분리시켜 굴착기의 부하를 경감시킬 수 있다.
