An objective to be achieved by the present invention is to provide a vehicle blocking device for selective vehicle entry permission, which is provided to block the entry of a vehicle and permits the entry of a vehicle entering for a specific time period or a specific purpose through a simple method while preventing the entering vehicle from speeding. To achieve the objective, the vehicle blocking device includes: a second block installed on a road adjacently to a first block installed on the road to form a long groove wherein the long groove is formed between the second block and the first block; and a blocking rod placed in the groove to be rotatable between a first position and a second position. The groove has a size which is small enough to prevent a wheel of a vehicle going through the first and second blocks from being stuck, the first position is a position in which the blocking rod is laid down to be hidden in the groove, and the second position is a position in which the blocking rod is erected to be projected from the groove.
따라서, 본 발명이 해결하고 하는 과제는, 차량의 진입을 차단할 수 있도록 제공되며, 특정 목적이나 특정 시간대에 진입하는 차량에 대해서는, 간단한 방식으로 차량의 진입을 허용할 수 있되, 진입 차량이 과속으로 진입하는 것을 막을 수 있는 선택적 차량 진출입 허용을 위한 차량 차단 장치를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 우위해, 본 발명에 따른 차량 차단 장치는 도로에 설치된 제1 블록과 이웃하게 도로에 설치되어 상기 제1 블록과의 사이에 기다란 홈을 형성하는 제2 블록; 제1 위치와 제2 위치 사이에서 회전 가능하도록 상기 홈에 배치되는 차단봉을 포함하고, 상기 홈은 상기 제1 블록과 상기 제2 블록을 통과하는 차량의 바퀴가 빠지지 않는 크기를 가지며, 상기 제1 위치는 상기 차단봉이 상기 홈 내에 눕혀져 상기 홈 내에 숨겨진 위치이고, 상기 제2 위치는 상기 차단봉이 세워져서 상기 홈 밖으로 돌출된 위치이다.
