Precast Concrete Culvert and Method for Constructing The same
An objective of the present invention is to provide a construction method of a precast concrete box culvert which integrates a water stop plate to allow convenient and easy construction and improve the bending and shearing resistance of a joint between box culverts. The construction method of a precast concrete box culvert comprises: (A) a process of pouring and curing concrete mortar, and removing a form to form a precast concrete box culvert; (B) a process of attaching a water-swelling water stop member, which swells when coming in contact with water, to the circumference of the inner surface of a first water stop plate and the circumference of the outer surface of a second water stop plate integrally fixed on several box culverts manufactured through the process (A); (C) a process of inserting the first water stop plate of one box culvert with the water-swelling water stop member attached thereto through the process (B) and the second water stop plate of a different neighboring box culvert facing the first water stop plate to be overlapped with each other, and connecting a joining surface of the one box culvert and a joining surface of the different box culvert to come in contact with each other; and (D) a process of injecting mortar into a first filling groove of the one box culvert and an opposing second filling groove of the different neighboring box culvert in contact to fill the first filling groove and the second filling groove.
본 발명은 지수판을 일체화하여 시공이 간편하고 용이하면서 박스 암거 간 접합부(이음부)의 휨 및 전단 저항력을 향상시킬 수 있는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 박스 암거 시공방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이에 본 발명에서는 (A) 콘크리트 모르타르를 타설 및 양생하고, 탈형하여 프리캐스트 콘크리트 박스 암거를 성형하는 공정, (B) 상기 (A) 공정을 통해 제조된 여러 개의 박스 암거에 각기 일체로 고정되어 있는 제1지수판의 안쪽 면 둘레와 제2지수판의 바깥쪽 면 둘레에 물과 접촉하면 부풀어 오르는 수팽창 지수재를 부착하는 공정, (C) 상기 (B) 공정을 통해 수팽창 지수재가 부착된 하나의 박스 암거의 제1지수판과 이웃하여 마주하는 다른 하나의 박스 암거의 제2지수판을 서로 겹쳐지게 끼우면서 그 하나의 박스 암거 접합면과 다른 하나의 박스 암거 접합면을 맞닿도록 연결하는 공정, (D) 주입구를 통해 하나의 박스 암거의 제1충진홈과 이웃하여 맞닿는 다른 하나의 박스 암거의 마주하는 제2충진홈에 충전 모르타르를 주입하여 메우는 공정으로 이루어지는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 박스 암거 시공방법을 제시한다.
