In the present invention, red, yellow, and green three compartments are formed on an upper part of a door handle of a public restroom, like the red, yellow, and green signals of a traffic light, so that a user who uses each restroom can indicate a time to use the restroom by color. A magnet is attached to each color compartments so that only red, only yellow, or only green is shown in fig 1. If the user who uses each cell of the restroom expects to use the restroom for a long time, rotate the handle (1) inside the restroom and select to show the red color in fig 2. And, if it is expected that the restroom will be used for a normal period of time, the user rotates the handle (1) and selects to show yellow in fig2, and if you expect to use the restroom really shortly, rotate the handle (1) and selects to show the green color in fig 2.
공중화장실 문 손잡이 윗부분에 교통 신호등의 빨간색, 노란색, 초록색 신호처럼 빨간색, 노란색, 초록색 세칸을 구성하여 화장실 각 칸을 이용하고 있는 이용자가 화장실을 이용할 시간을 색깔로써 나타낼 수 있도록 구성한다. 각 색깔칸에는 자석을 부착시켜 도면의 ② 에 오직 빨간색만 또는 오직 노란색만 또는 오직 초록색만 보여지도록 한다. 화장실 각 칸을 이용하고 있는 이용자는 화장실을 오래 이용하게 될 것으로 예상하면, 화장실 내부에서 도면의 손잡이 ① 을 회전시켜서 도면의 ② 에 빨간색이 보여지도록 선택한다. 그리고, 화장실을 평범한 시간동안 이용하게 될 것으로 예상하면 도면의 손잡이 ① 을 회전시켜서 도면의 ② 에 노란색이 보여지도록 선택하고, 화장실을 정말로 짧게 이용할 것으로 예상하면 도면의 손잡이 ① 을 회전시켜서 도면의 ② 에 초록색이 보여지도록 선택한다.
