The present invention relates to a mortar composition for repairing a concrete section by using ceramic aggregate, and a method of performing a concrete section repair work by using the mortar composition, capable of suppressing cracks and improving and peeling suppression performance. According to the present invention, the mortar composition for repairing the concrete section includes: 36 to 42 wt% of a cement-based mixture; 1.5 to 5 wt% of a pozzolanic material; 0.05 to 0.3 wt% of a silicon-based waterproofing agent; 1.0 to 2.3 wt% of powdered polymers; 1.25 to 3.0 wt% of an expanding material; 0.02 to 0.05 wt% of a thickener; 0.1 to 0.25 wt% of a water reducing agent; 0.5 to 1.6 wt% of an anti-floating agent; 0.03 to 0.20 wt% of an antifoaming agent; 37 to 56 wt% of fine aggregate; 3.5 to 8.0 wt% of glassy material-based ceramic aggregate; and 0.05 to 0.3 wt% of hydrophilic reinforcing fibers.
본 발명은 세라믹골재를 이용한 콘크리트 단면보수용 몰탈 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 단면보수공사 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 콘크리트 단면보수용 몰탈 조성물은, 시멘트계 혼합물 36 ~ 42중량%; 포졸란 물질 1.5 ~ 5중량%; 실리콘계 방수제 0.05 ~ 0.3중량%; 분말 폴리머 1.0 ~ 2.3중량%; 팽창재1.25 ~ 3.0중량%; 증점제 0.02 ~ 0.05중량%; 감수제 0.1 ~ 0.25중량%; 부유방지제 0.5 ~ 1.6중량%; 소포제 0.03 ~ 0.20중량%; 세골재 37 ~ 56중량%; 유리질계 세라믹골재 3.5 ~ 8.0중량%; 및 친수성 보강섬유 0.05 ~0.3중량%;로 이루어진다. 그리고 본 발명의 콘크리트 단면보수공사 시공방법은 콘크리트의 열화된 부위를 제거하고 물 세척을 한 후 건조하는 열화부 정리 단계(S10); 보수할 단면에 보강재를 고정하는 보강재 설치 단계(S20); 침투성 알칼리 회복제를 콘크리트 단면에 도포하고, 콘크리트 침투성 프라이머를 도포한 후 철근방청제를 철근에 도포하는 표면처리 단계(S30); 시멘트계 혼합물 36 ~ 42중량%, 포졸란 물질 1.5 ~ 5중량%, 실리콘계 방수제 0.05 ~ 0.3중량%, 분말 폴리머 1.0 ~ 2.3중량%, 팽창재 1.25 ~ 3.0중량%, 증점제 0.02 ~ 0.05중량%, 감수제 0.1 ~ 0.25중량%, 부유방지제 0.5 ~ 1.6중량%, 소포제 0.03 ~ 0.20중량%, 세골재 37 ~ 56중량%, 세라믹골재 3.5 ~ 8.0중량%, 친수성 보강섬유 0.05 ~ 0.3중량%로 이루어진 단면보수용 몰탈 조성물을 물과 혼합하여 보수면에 시공하는 단면보수몰탈 시공 단계(S40); 및 양생 후 시공을 마무리하는 양생 단계(S50);를 포함한다.
