Drainage trap structure with tile- type design
A tile type drain cover trap forms a rectangular receiving space part in a base structure and a decoration design upper cover corresponding and assembled thereinto in a three-dimensional shape unlike a two-dimensional shape and equally forms shapes and sizes of unit tiles, thereby forming a vertical drain on an assembly and border surface of the decoration design upper cover and allowing the vertical drain on the border surface to be a joint of the unit tiles to produce a friendly design appearance adapted and harmonized with the installed surrounding tiles. Also, in the tile type drain cover trap, a structure of the vertical drain and a horizontal drain and a structure of offensive odor prevention using a rotation locking wedge method are sequentially formed in a back surface in which the design appearance is produced. And, the quick drainage and offensive odor prevention using the wedge method can be implemented at the same time by the sequential structures.
본 발명은 베이스 구조의 4각 수용 공간부와, 그리고 이에 대응·조립되는 장식 디자인 상부덮개를 종래기술의 평면적 형상과는 달리 입체적 형상으로 형성하되 단위타일의 형상과 크기를 같게 형상함으로써 장식 디자인 상부덮개의 조립· 경계면에 「수직배수로」가 형성되면서도 그 경계면의 「수직배수로」가 단위타일의 줄눈이 되게 하여 설치된 주변타일과의 적응 및 조화된 친화적 디자인외관이 연출되게 한 것일 뿐 아니라 디자인외관이 연출되된 이면내부에도 「수직배수로 및 수평배수로」구조와, 그리고 「회전 잠금 쐐기방식에 의한 악취방지」구조가 순차적으로 형성되게 하고, 이 순차적 구조에 의해 「신속한 배수 및 쐐기방식에 의한 악취방지」가 동시에 이루어지도록 한 발명이다.
