CONCRETE COMPOSITION USING SEAWATER DESALINATION CONCENTRATES
The present invention relates to a concrete composition using seawater desalination concentrated water. The concrete composition comprises: a binder containing Metakaolin and calcium oxide (CaO); and mixing water prepared from seawater desalination concentrated water, wherein the binder includes 65 to 90 parts by weight of the Metakaolin; and 10 to 30 parts by weight of the calcium oxide. Through this, the present invention not only proposes a specific application plan for treating concentrated water generated in the seawater desalination process but also maintains or improves the compressive strength at an excellent level compared to the conventional concrete composition as a concrete composition.
본 발명은 해수담수화 농축수를 이용한 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것으로, 메타카올린(Metakaolin) 및 산화칼슘(CaO, Calcium Oxide)을 포함하는 결합재; 및 해수담수화 농축수로 마련되는 배합수;를 포함하며, 상기 결합재는, 상기 메타카올린 65 내지 90 중량부; 및 상기 산화칼슘 10 내지 30 중량부;를 포함한다. 이를 통해, 본 발명은 해수담수화 과정에서 발생하는 농축수를 처리할 수 있는 구체적 활용방안을 제시함은 물론이고, 더 나아가 콘크리트 조성물로서 종래의 콘크리트 조성물과 비교해 우수한 수준의 압축강도를 유지 혹은 개선시켜 제공할 수 있다.
