LIQUEFIED GAS TANK CAPABLE OF LIFTING INNER SHELL AND LIFTING METHOD FOR LIFTING INNER SHELL OF LNG TANK
The present invention relates to a liquefied gas tank capable of lifting an inner shell and a method of lifting the inner shell of the liquefied gas tank, which lift an inner shell placed in the liquefied gas tank storing liquefied gas such as LNG and check for flaws of the inner shell. According to the present invention, the method of lifting an inner shell of a liquefied gas tank comprises: a structure installation step (S110) of installing, in a liquefied gas tank (10) with an inner shell (15) installed for accommodating liquefied gas within an external wall (11), a structure needed for lifting the inner shell (15) on a rafter (14) forming a framework on an upper side of the inner shell (15) and the tank (10); a lifting preparation step (S120) of installing a lifting means in the rafter (14) and connecting the lifting means and the inner shell (15) by a main rope (35); and an inner shell lifting step (S140) of lifting the inner shell (15) by operating the lifting means by a worker.
본 발명은 LNG와 같은 액화 가스를 저장하는 액화 가스 탱크에서 내부에 위치하는 내조를 인양하여 결함을 점검할 수 있도록 하는 내조의 인양이 가능한 액화 가스 탱크 및 액화 가스 탱크에서 내조의 인양 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 액화 가스 탱크에서 내조의 인양 방법은, 외벽(11)의 내부에 액화 가스를 수용하는 내조(15)가 설치된 액화 가스 탱크(10)에서 상기 내조(15)와 상기 탱크(10)의 상부에서 골격을 형성하는 라프터(14)에 상기 내조(15)의 인양에 필요한 구조물을 설치하는 구조물 설치 단계(S110)와, 상기 라프터(14)에 인양수단을 설치하고, 상기 인양수단과 상기 내조(15)를 메인로프(35)론 연결하는 인양 준비 단계(S120)와, 작업자가 상기 인양수단을 조작하여 상기 내조(15)를 인양하는 내조 인양 단계(S140)를 포함한다.
