Disclosed is a permeable block, which has excellent fine dust and air precursor reducing efficiency, has improved permeability, has improved assembling properties and durability against a load, and is easily maintained. The permeable block capable of adsorbing and removing a precursor in the air includes: foamed concrete aggregates; a kit containing the foamed concrete aggregates; and a frame in which the kit is inserted and an inflow water storage part is formed.

미세먼지 및 대기 전구물질 저감 효율성이 우수하고, 투수성이 향상되고, 투수블록의 조립성 및 하중에 대한 내구성이 향상되고, 유지관리가 용이한 투수블록이 개시된다. 본 발명은 기포 콘크리트 골재; 상기 기포콘크리트 골재를 담는 키트; 및 상기 키트가 삽입되고, 유입수 저장부가 형성된 프레임;을 포함하는 대기 중의 전구물질 흡착과 제거가 가능한 투수블록을 제공한다.
