A caterpillar tension monitoring system is disclosed. The caterpillar tension monitoring system according to the present invention includes: a pressure sensor unit that is provided in a lubricant supply control unit formed on one side of a piston having a flow path in communication with the inside of a cylinder of a track, and measures the internal pressure of the piston; a control unit that calculates the tension of the track according to the internal pressure of the piston transmitted from the pressure sensor unit, and determines whether the tension of the track is in the normal range and whether the tension of the track is higher or lower than the normal range; and an output unit that displays the tension of the track determined by the control unit or displays a warning for a corresponding track or displays a cancel of the warning according to the tension of the track.
무한궤도 장력 모니터링 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 무한궤도 장력 모니터링 시스템은, 트랙의 실린더 내부와 연통된 유로를 갖는 피스톤의 일측에 형성된 윤활제 공급 제어부에 구비되어 피스톤의 내부 압력을 측정하는 압력 센서부, 압력 센서부로부터 전달된 피스톤의 내부 압력에 따라 트랙의 장력을 산출하고, 트랙의 장력이 정상범위에 있는지 여부와 트랙의 장력이 정상범위에 비해 높은지 또는 낮은지를 판단하는 제어부, 제어부에서 판단된 트랙의 장력을 표시하거나 트랙의 장력에 따라 해당 트랙에 대한 경고를 표시하거나 경고해제를 표시하는 출력부를 포함한다.
