The present invention relates to a thermal insulating material with a built-in heating element for freeze protection, more specifically, to a thermal insulating material with a built-in heating element for freeze protection capable of completing an installation process only by installing a thermal insulating material having a heating element therein after installing a pipe for freeze protection, and being easy to find out defects, such as failure of power supply to the heating element, and easy to install to enable reduction of a construction period and construction cost. According to a desirable embodiment of the present invention, the insulating material can be simply coupled by simply connecting a wire to a connection terminal without a separate electrical installation team when installing the insulating material after installing the pipe such that a construction period can be remarkably reduced. In the case of defects after installation completion, only an insulating material installation team repairs the defects such that no disputes such as blame game arise. In addition, since the connection terminal with an LED is formed by each length unit (1.5-2 m) of the insulating material, a short circuit or a malfunction of the heating element can be found. In the case of defects, only the defective parts can be easily replaced. Therefore, an effect of remarkably reducing time and expenses required for repairing the defects is obtained.
본 발명은 동파방지용 발열체가 내장된 보온재에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 동파방지를 위한 배관에 발열체를 설치하되, 보온재의 내부에 발열체가 포함되어 있어서 배관 설치 후 보온재 설치만으로 설치공정이 끝나게 되고, 시공 후 발열체에 전원이 인가되지 않는 등의 하자발생을 쉽게 알 수 있고, 시공이 간편하여 공사기간과 시공비를 줄일 수 있도록 한 동파방지용 발열체가 내장된 보온재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예로 형성된 동파방지용 발열체가 내장된 보온재에 의하면 배관을 설치한 후에 보온재를 결합할 때 연결단자에 전선만 연결하면 결합할 수 있으므로 별도의 전기설치팀이 공사하지 않아도 되므로 시공시간이 현저히 단축되고, 시공이 완료된 후에 하자가 발생할 경우에도 보온재설치팀만 설치를 하기 때문에 책임공방 등의 분쟁이 발생하지 않으며, 단일 보온재의 길이(1.5~2m)마다 LED가 형성된 연결단자가 형성되어 있어서, 발열체의 단선 또는 고장여부를 알 수 있으므로, 하자가 발생할 경우 이 부분만 교체하여 결합하면 되므로 하자보수의 사간 및 비용이 현저히 줄어드는 등의 효과가 발생한다.
