According to the present invention, a brio vibration ripper with a multistage cylinder-type stopper unit includes: a ripper body; a vibration generating unit supported by a buffer support unit in the ripper body and including a vibration body equipped with a ripper blade for excavation and crushing in a lower part; and a stopper unit with a multistage cylinder, installed in the ripper body in an upper part corresponding to the vibration body of the vibration generating unit to prevent an impact force and vibrations from being delivered to the ripper body due to the vibration body colliding with the ripper body when the vibration generating unit is vibrated in a state in which an excessive load is applied by the ripper body or an impact applied to the ripper blade. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing an excavator from being damaged by the force of an impact.
본 발명의 다단 실린더형 스토퍼유닛을 가진 브리오 진동리퍼는 리퍼본체와, 상기 리퍼본체에 완충지지유닛에 지지되며 하부측에 굴착 또는 파쇄를 위한 리퍼블레이드가 장착된 진동체를 포함하는 진동발생유닛과, 상기 진동발생유닛의 진동체와 대응되는 상부측의 리퍼본체에 설치되어 상기 리퍼블레이드에 가하여지는 충격 또는 리퍼본체에 의해 과도한 하중이 가하여진 상태에서 진동발생유닛의 진동 시 상기 진동체가 상기 리퍼본체에 충돌되어 충격력과 진동이 리퍼본체로 전달되는 것을 방지하는 다단실린더를 가진 스토퍼유닛을 구비한다.
