Emergency stairway evacuation structure of the building
The present invention relates to an evacuation structure provided on an emergency staircase (1) connected to each floor of a building (B) to enable the safe evacuation of residents from a disaster and comprises: a fire door (10) installed at the boundary between an indoor space of the building (B) and the emergency staircase (1), and allowing only an entry to the emergency staircase (1) from the indoor space; evacuation shelter (20) provided between each floor of the building (S) to be in communication with the emergency staircase (1) and having an evacuation space accommodating and protecting at least two people from disasters; an evacuation door (30) installed at the boundary between the upper emergency staircase (1) and the shelter (20), and independently sealing the evacuation space from the upper emergency staircase (1); and a ventilation passage (40) formed in the building (S) from the outside to be in communication with the shelter (20), and supplying/blocking the indoor air/outdoor air to the shelter (20) depending on whether there is a disaster. Accordingly, the evacuation structure of the present invention obtains the effect of shortening the travel route while improving the overall space utilization of the building by providing an evacuation shelter for each floor of the emergency staircase, which is a route to evacuate to a safe place such as a lower floor or a rooftop if a disaster such as an earthquake or fire occurs.
본 발명은 건물(B)의 각 층마다 연결되는 비상계단(1)에 마련되어 재난으로부터 안전한 피난을 유도하는 대피구조에 관한 것으로, 위 건물(B)의 내부 공간과 비상계단(1)의 경계 위치에 설치되고, 위 내부 공간으로부터 비상계단(1)으로 진입만을 허용하는 방화도어(10); 위 건물(S)의 각 층 사이마다 비상계단(1)과 연통되게 마련되고, 적어도 둘 이상의 인원을 수용하는 대피 공간을 가져 재난으로부터 인명을 보호하는 대피소(20); 위 비상계단(1)과 대피소(20)의 경계 위치에 설치되고, 위 비상계단(1)으로부터 대피 공간을 독립되게 밀폐시키는 대피도어(30); 위 건물(S)상에 외부로부터 대피소(20)와 연통되게 형성되고, 재난 여부에 따라 외·내기를 대피소(20)에 공급/차단하는 환기통로(40);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은 지진이나 화재와 같은 재난 시 저상이나 옥상과 같은 안전한 장소로 대피하는 이동 경로인 비상계단에 각 층별로 대피소를 마련함에 따라 전반적인 건물의 공간 활용도는 향상하면서도 이동 경로를 단축시키는 효과가 있다.
