DISPLACEMENT MEASURMENT APPARATUS FOR BRIDGE BEARING AND METHOD OF MEASURING THE SAME
According to the present invention, a bridge includes: piers; an upper plate placed and supported on the piers; and a bridge seat formed to be expandable and placed between the piers and the upper plate to absorb and deliver an impact applied to the upper plate. A bridge seat displacement measurement apparatus for measuring the expansion length of the bridge seat includes: a first frame extended from a side of the piers in a direction getting further away from the piers; a second frame including a first part extended downwards from the first frame, and a second part spaced apart from the first frame and extended from a lower end part of the first part in a direction getting further away from the piers; a third frame extended in one direction to intersect with the first frame and the second part, and connected to the first frame to be rotatable around a center axis formed at an end of the first frame; a connection part having one side fixed to the bottom of the upper plate, and having the other side connected to an upper part of the third frame to be rotatable; and a measurement part installed to be movable on the second part by an external force, and moved by being pushed by the third frame rotating around the center axis as the upper plate is contracted or expanded.
본 발명은, 교각; 상기 교각에 얹혀져 지지되는 상판; 및 신축 가능하도록 구성되고 상기 교각과 상기 상판 사이에 배치되어, 상기 상판에 가해지는 충격을 흡수 및 전달하도록 이루어지는 교좌를 포함하는 교량에서, 상기 교좌의 신축량을 측정하는 교좌 변위 계측 장치에 있어서, 상기 교좌 변위 계측 장치는, 상기 교각에서 멀어지는 방향으로 상기 교각의 측면으로부터 연장 형성되는 제1 프레임; 상기 제1 프레임으로부터 하측으로 연장 형성되는 제1 부분과, 상기 제1 프레임과 이격 배치되며 상기 교각에서 멀어지는 방향으로 상기 제1 부분의 하측 단부로부터 연장 형성되는 제2 부분을 구비하는 제2 프레임; 상기 제1 프레임 및 상기 제2 부분과 교차하도록 일 방향으로 연장 형성되고, 상기 제1 프레임의 단부에 형성되는 중심축을 중심으로 상기 제1 프레임에 회전 가능하게 연결되는 제3 프레임; 일측은 상기 상판의 저면에 고정되고, 타측은 상기 제3 프레임의 상부에 회전 가능하게 연결되는 연결부; 및 상기 제2 부분 상에서 외력에 의해 이동 가능하도록 설치되어, 상기 상판이 수축 또는 팽창됨에 따라 상기 중심축을 중심으로 회전하는 상기 제3 프레임에 의해 밀려 위치가 이동되도록 이루어지는 측정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교좌 변위 계측 장치를 개시한다.

According to the present invention, a bridge includes: piers; an upper plate placed and supported on the piers; and a bridge seat formed to be expandable and placed between the piers and the upper plate to absorb and deliver an impact applied to the upper plate. A bridge seat displacement measurement apparatus for measuring the expansion length of the bridge seat includes: a first frame extended from a side of the piers in a direction getting further away from the piers; a second frame including a first part extended downwards from the first frame, and a second part spaced apart from the first frame and extended from a lower end part of the first part in a direction getting further away from the piers; a third frame extended in one direction to intersect with the first frame and the second part, and connected to the first frame to be rotatable around a center axis formed at an end of the first frame; a connection part having one side fixed to the bottom of the upper plate, and having the other side connected to an upper part of the third frame to be rotatable; and a measurement part installed to be movable on the second part by an external force, and moved by being pushed by the third frame rotating around the center axis as the upper plate is contracted or expanded.
