The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically connecting a hydraulic hose of an excavator, capable of automatically connecting a pair of hydraulic hoses for an excavator formed on a clamp mounted at a front end of an arm of an excavator with a pair of hydraulic hoses for an attachment formed on an attachment selectively mounted by the clamp to be connected with the hydraulic hoses for an excavator. The apparatus includes: a connection unit installed and fixed on the clamp to be connected with a pair of the hydraulic hoses for an excavator, and including a pair of male connection members formed at an end to be connected with the hydraulic hoses for an excavator; a fixing unit installed and fixed on the attachment to be located opposite the connection unit, connected with a pair of the hydraulic hoses for an attachment, and including a pair of female connection members formed at an end to be connected with the hydraulic hoses for an attachment; and an attachment and detachment part connecting the male connection members and the female connection members with each other by forcibly transferring the male connection members of the connection unit to the fixing unit, or disconnecting the male connection members from the female connection members by forcibly returning the male connection members. Due to a structure in which the connection and fixing units are connected with a pair of the hydraulic hoses and an operating component is inserted and protected in a connection housing of the connection unit, the apparatus can secure the structural safety of the apparatus, while securing universality in the use of the apparatus by considerably enhancing the price competitiveness of the apparatus through the minimization of components consumed for the constitution of the apparatus.

본 발명은 굴삭기의 유압호스 자동 연결장치에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 굴삭기 아암 선단부에 장착되는 클램프에 형성되는 한 쌍의 굴삭기용 유압호스와 상기 클램프에 의해 선택적으로 장착되는 어태치먼트에 형성되어 상기 굴삭기용 유압호스와 연결되는 한 쌍의 어태치먼트용 유압호스를 자동으로 서로 연결하기 위한 것으로, 상기 클램프에 설치 고정되어 한 쌍의 상기 굴삭기용 유압호스와 연결되며, 끝단에는 상기 굴삭기용 유압호스와 연결되는 한 쌍의 수놈 연결부재가 형성되는 연결 유니트;와, 상기 어태치먼트에 설치 고정되어 상기 연결 유니트와 마주보게 위치되는 것으로, 한 쌍의 상기 어태치먼트용 유압호스와 연결되며, 끝단에는 상기 어태치먼트용 유압호스와 연결되는 한 쌍의 암놈 연결부재가 형성되는 고정 유니트;와, 상기 연결 유니트의 수놈 연결부재를 상기 고정 유니트 측으로 강제 이송시켜 상기 수놈 연결부재와 상기 암놈 연결부재를 서로 연결시키거나, 상기 수놈 연결부재를 강제 복귀 이송시켜 상기 암놈 연결부재와 연결을 해제하는 탈착수단;으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 연결 및 고정 유니트가 한 쌍의 유압호스와 연결되고, 연결 유니트의 연결 하우징 내부에 작동을 수행하는 구성품이 내입 보호되는 구조로 인해 장치의 구조적인 안전성을 확보함과 동시에, 장치를 구성하는데 소요되는 구성을 최소화하여 장치의 가격경쟁력을 대폭 강화시켜 장치의 사용범용성을 확보할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
