The present invention provides a smart mold using IoT, which includes: a plate member having a rectangular unit area; a side surface reinforcing material configured on a border of the plate member; at least one carbon heating body fixed to a back surface of the plate member; a surface plate reinforcing material arranged across the carbon heating body by connecting the facing side surface reinforcing material thereto and fixed to the back surface of the plate member; and a sensor part detecting the temperature or a position of the carbon heating body or the plate member. Therefore, the smart mold using the IoT can increase a curing quality.
본 발명은 사각형의 단위 면적을 가지는 판부재; 상기 판부재의 테두리에 구성되는 측면보강재; 상기 판부재의 배면에 적어도 하나 이상 고정되는 탄소발열체; 마주하는 상기 측면보강재를 연결하여 상기 탄소발열체와 교차 배치되고, 상기 판부재의 배면에 고정되는 면판보강재 및 상기 탄소발열체 또는 판부재의 온도나 위치를 감지하는 센서부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이오티를 적용한 스마트 거푸집을 제공한다.
