The present invention relates to a deck plate wall installation method capable of solving issues such as a construction period delay, an increase in personnel expenses and the like, which can be caused due to the installation and removal of temporary materials, by producing and supplying a wall-only deck plate from a factory without the use of materials such as Euro foam, a soldier and the like, which are difficult to handle due to their large volume and heavy weight during the construction of an underground wall. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: modularizing molding boards having different lengths to secure variability in accordance with height; manufacturing an integrated deck plate by combining molding boards in accordance with the height of a retaining wall to be constructed and then installing a truss girder which is a joist structure material; integrating a steel material mounted on an underground retaining wall with a lower chord of a truss girder through welding and then fastening a tie bolt with an upper chord of the truss girder for embedment by hanging a tie bolt thereon; installing the deck plate while keeping a distance from the retaining wall and then engaging deck plates adjacent to each other by fastening a wedge pin with angles of the deck plates; fastening the front end of the tie bolt with a nut by interposing a yoke square pipe and a square pipe bracket installed on an outer wall of the deck plate; and curing concrete by placing the concrete between the retaining wall and the deck plate, which are installed opposite each other.
본 발명은 지하 합벽의 공사시에 부피가 크고 무거워서 취급하기 불편한 유로폼이나 솔져 등의 자재를 사용하지 않고 벽체 전용 데크플레이트를 공장 생산해서 공급함으로써 가설재의 설치 및 해체시간으로 인한 공기지연, 인건비 상승 등의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 데크플레이트 합벽 설치공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 높이에 따른 가변성을 확보하기 위해 길이가 서로 다른 성형판재들을 모듈화하는 단계와, 시공하고자 하는 흙막이 벽체의 높이에 맞춰 성형판재들을 조합한 후 장선 구조재인 트러스거더를 장착하여 일체형의 데크플레이트를 제작하는 단계와, 지하 흙막이 벽체에 장착된 고정 철물과 매립용 트러스거더의 하현재를 용접에 의해 일체화 한 후 매립용 트러스거더의 상현재에 타이볼트를 걸어 체결하는 단계와, 흙막이 벽체와 간격을 유지한 상태로 데크플레이트를 장착한 후 서로 이웃하는 데크플레이트의 앵글에 웨지핀을 체결하여 상호 결속시키는 단계와, 상기 타이볼트의 선단을 데크플레이트의 외측 벽에 설치되는 멍에 각관 및 각관 브라켓을 개재하여 너트로 체결하는 단계와, 상기 흙막이 벽체와 데크플레이트가 서로 마주보도록 설치한 상태에서 이들 사이에 콘크리트를 부어 양생시키는 단계로 이루어진다.

본 발명은 지하 합벽의 공사시에 부피가 크고 무거워서 취급하기 불편한 유로폼이나 솔져 등의 자재를 사용하지 않고 벽체 전용 데크플레이트를 공장 생산해서 공급함으로써 가설재의 설치 및 해체시간으로 인한 공기지연, 인건비 상승 등의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 데크플레이트 합벽 설치공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 높이에 따른 가변성을 확보하기 위해 길이가 서로 다른 성형판재들을 모듈화하는 단계와, 시공하고자 하는 흙막이 벽체의 높이에 맞춰 성형판재들을 조합한 후 장선 구조재인 트러스거더를 장착하여 일체형의 데크플레이트를 제작하는 단계와, 지하 흙막이 벽체에 장착된 고정 철물과 매립용 트러스거더의 하현재를 용접에 의해 일체화 한 후 매립용 트러스거더의 상현재에 타이볼트를 걸어 체결하는 단계와, 흙막이 벽체와 간격을 유지한 상태로 데크플레이트를 장착한 후 서로 이웃하는 데크플레이트의 앵글에 웨지핀을 체결하여 상호 결속시키는 단계와, 상기 타이볼트의 선단을 데크플레이트의 외측 벽에 설치되는 멍에 각관 및 각관 브라켓을 개재하여 너트로 체결하는 단계와, 상기 흙막이 벽체와 데크플레이트가 서로 마주보도록 설치한 상태에서 이들 사이에 콘크리트를 부어 양생시키는 단계로 이루어진다.
