NAIL HEAD RESTRAINING APPARATUS AND SOIL NAILING METHOD USING THE SAME
Disclosed is a nail head restricting apparatus which can induce integrated movement of an earth body and a nail inserted into a ground perforating part for ground reinforcement. The nail head restricting apparatus includes: a rotating device coupled to a wire connecting reinforcing materials and configured to adjust tensile force of the wire; a connecting device connecting the rotating device and the nail and coupled to the ground; a bearing plate integrally formed with the connecting device and providing adhering force with the ground; a protecting device protecting the rotating device and coupled to an upper portion of the bearing plate; and a fixing device for preventing the rotating device from being released.
지반 보강을 위해 지반 천공부에 삽입된 네일과 토체의 일체화 거동을 유도할 수 있는 네일 두부구속장치가 개시되어 있다. 본 발명은, 보강재들을 연결하는 와이어와 결합되며 상기 와이어의 인장력을 조정하기 위한 회전장치; 상기 회전장치와 네일을 연결하고 지반에 결합되는 연결장치; 상기 연결장치와 일체로 형성되고 지반과의 밀착력을 제공하는 지압판; 상기 회전장치를 보호하고 상기 지압판의 상부에 결합되는 보호장치; 및 상기 회전장치의 풀림을 방지하기 위한 고정장치;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
