ANGLE ADJUSTABLE ANCHOR SET BOLT
The present invention relates to an anchor set bolt with an adjustable angle, which includes a bolt portion (120) having a bolt head (121) with a nut fastened thereto and a conical wedge (122), and a pipe portion (130) which accommodates the bolt portion (120) in a hollow (131) to be inserted into a perforated hole formed in a base (110) and forms a plurality of slits (132) at one end. The anchor set bolt comprises: a support body (160) which is provided in a plate shape to form a first central hole (161) and is coupled to form a right angle with respect to the pipe portion (130) in front of the perforated hole so as to press-fit the pipe portion (130); and an angle adjusting body (170) which is provided in a plate shape to form a second central hole (171), and is coupled to form an arbitrary angle with respect to the support body (160) in front of the support body (160) so as to mount a bracket (150) of an installed body. Therefore, even if the perforated hole or the bolt portion is installed inclined, the angle is easily corrected.
본 발명은 각도 조절이 가능한 앵커세트볼트에 관한 발명으로, 너트가 체결되는 볼트헤드(121)와 원추형의 웨지(122)를 구비하는 볼트부(120)와, 중공(131)에 볼트부(120)를 수용하여 기초(110)에 형성된 천공홀에 삽입되고 일단에는 다수의 슬릿(132)을 형성하는 파이프부(130)를 구비하는 앵커세트볼트에 있어서, 제1중심홀(161)을 형성하는 판상형으로 구비하고 천공홀의 전방에서 상기 파이프부(130)에 대해 직각을 이루도록 결합하여 파이프부(130)를 압입하는 지지체(160)와, 제2중심홀(171)을 형성하는 판상형으로 구비하고 지지체(160)의 전방에서 지지체(160)에 대해 임의의 각도를 이루도록 결합하여 설치물의 브래킷(150)을 장착하는 각도조절체(170)를 포함하여 구성함에 따라 천공홀 또는 볼트부가 기울어진 채 설치되더라도 간편하게 각도를 보정하는 것이 특징이다.
