The present invention relates to a gap preventing device for windows and doors and, more particularly, to a gap preventing device for windows and doors, which can conveniently and effectively close a gap existing between a window and a guide rail of a window frame. The gap preventing device for windows and doors according to the present invention comprises: a main body which is coupled to one side of the window disposed in a moving direction and has a moving groove formed therein in a vertical direction, in a sliding window in which the window moves along the guide rail of the window frame; and a slider which is inserted into the moving groove, is coupled to the main body to be movable in the vertical direction, and blocks a gap between the guide rail of the window frame and the rail groove of the window by vertical movement. An insertion protrusion to be inserted into the rail groove of the window is formed on a rear surface of the main body to protrude. An insertion groove into which the guide rail is inserted is formed in a lower portion of the main body and the insertion protrusion and is opened downward while communicating in a horizontal direction of the moving groove. On an upper portion of the insertion protrusion, a locking protrusion spaced apart from the rear surface of the main body and forming a locking groove therebetween is formed to protrude upward. While the locking protrusion is inserted into the window, one side of the window is inserted and disposed into the locking groove formed between the rear surface of the main body and the locking protrusion.

본 발명은 창호용 틈새 방지구에 관한 것으로서, 특히 창문과 창틀의 가이드레일 사이에 존재하는 틈새를 편리하고 효과적으로 밀폐시킬 수 있는 창호용 틈새 방지구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 창호용 틈새 방지구는, 창문이 창틀의 가이드레일을 따라 이동하는 미닫이 창호에서, 이동하는 방향으로 배치된 창문의 일측면에 결합되고, 내부에 상하방향으로 이동홈이 형성된 본체와; 상기 이동홈에 삽입되어 상기 본체에 상하방향으로 이동 가능하게 결합되고, 상하 이동에 의해 상기 창틀의 가이드레일과 창문의 레일홈 사이의 틈새를 막는 슬라이더;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 본체의 후면에는 상기 창문의 레일홈에 삽입되는 삽입돌기가 돌출 형성되고, 상기 본체 및 삽입돌기의 하부에는 상기 가이드레일이 삽입 배치되는 삽입홈이 상기 이동홈의 수평방향으로 연통되면서 하방향으로 개방되어 형성되며, 상기 삽입돌기의 상부에는 상기 본체의 후면으로부터 이격되어 그 사이에 걸림홈을 형성하는 걸림돌기가 상방향으로 돌출 형성되며, 상기 걸림돌기는 상기 창문 내부에 삽입되면서, 상기 본체의 후면과 상기 걸림돌기가 사이에 형성된 상기 걸림홈에 상기 창문의 일측면이 삽입 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
