The present invention relates to a finishing material for the ceiling and outer wall of a building, which can be simply installed on the ceiling and outer wall of a building, and, more specifically, to a finishing material for the ceiling and outer wall of a building, which comprises: a plurality of first finishing members installed on a plurality of spacing members at predetermined intervals; and a plurality of second finishing members installed on the first finishing members to be adjacent to each other. The first finishing members each include: a body plate installed to closely contact the spacing member; curved portions formed by bending both sides of the body plate toward the body plate; a first bent portion formed by bending one side of the pair of curved portions so as to be close to the side while facing the side; a second bent portion formed by bending the side of the pair of first bent portions so as not to face the side; and a third bent portion formed by bending one side of the second bent portion so as to face the first bent portions. The second finishing members each include: a body plate; first bent portions formed by bending the edge of the body plate; a first locking portion formed by bending one side of one of the first bent portions so as to be installed by being caught by the third bent portion while forming an insertion space into which the third bent portion is inserted; and a second locking portion formed by bending one side of the other of the first bent portions so as to be caught by the first locking portion while forming an insertion space into which the first locking portion is inserted. The plurality of second finishing members have the first bent portions of the same length. The plurality of first finishing members are installed on the plurality of spacing members at predetermined intervals. When the plurality of second finishing members are installed on the first finishing members to be adjacent to each other, the body plates of the plurality of second finishing members protrude from the ceiling and outer wall of a building by the same distance.
