Electric Roll blind
The present invention provides an electrically-driven roll blind capable of automatically adjusting the tension of both sides of a screen. According to the present invention, the roll blind comprises: a frame provided with an upper and a lower frame and a side frame connecting both sides of the upper and lower frames, and installed on a window; a driving unit provided in the upper frame to generate driving power; a winding roll coupled to the driving unit to rotate in accordance with an operation of the driving unit; a screen to selectively block sunlight entering the window by an operation of unrolling or rolling on the winding roll by an operation of the driving unit; a lower end bar coupled to the lower end of the screen and guided by a rail groove formed on the side frame; a first and a second wire connected to both ends of the lower end bar to pull the lower end bar downward; and a tension adjustment device. The tension adjustment device includes: a pulley fixed on the lower frame to rotate, and provided with a first and a second winding groove on which the first and second wires are wound thereon, respectively; a reduction gear gear-coupled to the pulley to reduce the rotating speed of the pulley; a rack gear coupled to a pinion provided on a rotary shaft of the reduction gear; and a cylinder coupled to an end of the rack gear to adjust the tension applied to the first and second wires.
본 발명에 따른 롤 블라인드는 상,하부 프레임과, 상, 하부 프레임의 양측을 연결하는 측면 프레임을 구비하며 창호에 설치되는 프레임; 상기 상부 프레임의 내부에 구비되어 구동력을 발생시키는 구동부; 상기 구동부와 결합되어 상기 구동부의 동작에 따라 회전하는 권취롤; 상기 구동부의 동작에 의해 상기 권취롤에 감기거나 펴지는 동작을 통해 창호로 유입되는 태양광을 선택적으로 차단하는 스크린; 상기 스크린의 하단에 결합되며, 상기 측면 프레임에 형성되는 레일홈에 의해 안내되는 하단바; 상기 하단바의 양단에 각각 연결되어 상기 하단바를 하측으로 잡아당기는 제 1, 2와이어; 및 상기 하부 프레임에 설치되어 상기 제 1, 2와이어에 발생하는 장력을 조절하는 장력조절장치를 구비하고, 상기 장력조절장치는 상기 하부 프레임에 회전하도록 고정되며 상기 제 1, 2와이어가 각각 권취되는 제 1, 2권취홈을 구비하는 풀리와, 상기 풀리와 기어결합되어 상기 풀리가 회전하는 속도를 감속시키는 감속기어와, 상기 감속기어의 회전축에 구비된 피니언과 결합되는 랙기어와, 상기 랙기어의 단부에 결합되어 상기 제 1, 2와이어에 걸리는 장력을 조절하는 실린더를 포함한다.

The present invention provides an electrically-driven roll blind capable of automatically adjusting the tension of both sides of a screen. According to the present invention, the roll blind comprises: a frame provided with an upper and a lower frame and a side frame connecting both sides of the upper and lower frames, and installed on a window; a driving unit provided in the upper frame to generate driving power; a winding roll coupled to the driving unit to rotate in accordance with an operation of the driving unit; a screen to selectively block sunlight entering the window by an operation of unrolling or rolling on the winding roll by an operation of the driving unit; a lower end bar coupled to the lower end of the screen and guided by a rail groove formed on the side frame; a first and a second wire connected to both ends of the lower end bar to pull the lower end bar downward; and a tension adjustment device. The tension adjustment device includes: a pulley fixed on the lower frame to rotate, and provided with a first and a second winding groove on which the first and second wires are wound thereon, respectively; a reduction gear gear-coupled to the pulley to reduce the rotating speed of the pulley; a rack gear coupled to a pinion provided on a rotary shaft of the reduction gear; and a cylinder coupled to an end of the rack gear to adjust the tension applied to the first and second wires.
본 발명에 따른 롤 블라인드는 상,하부 프레임과, 상, 하부 프레임의 양측을 연결하는 측면 프레임을 구비하며 창호에 설치되는 프레임; 상기 상부 프레임의 내부에 구비되어 구동력을 발생시키는 구동부; 상기 구동부와 결합되어 상기 구동부의 동작에 따라 회전하는 권취롤; 상기 구동부의 동작에 의해 상기 권취롤에 감기거나 펴지는 동작을 통해 창호로 유입되는 태양광을 선택적으로 차단하는 스크린; 상기 스크린의 하단에 결합되며, 상기 측면 프레임에 형성되는 레일홈에 의해 안내되는 하단바; 상기 하단바의 양단에 각각 연결되어 상기 하단바를 하측으로 잡아당기는 제 1, 2와이어; 및 상기 하부 프레임에 설치되어 상기 제 1, 2와이어에 발생하는 장력을 조절하는 장력조절장치를 구비하고, 상기 장력조절장치는 상기 하부 프레임에 회전하도록 고정되며 상기 제 1, 2와이어가 각각 권취되는 제 1, 2권취홈을 구비하는 풀리와, 상기 풀리와 기어결합되어 상기 풀리가 회전하는 속도를 감속시키는 감속기어와, 상기 감속기어의 회전축에 구비된 피니언과 결합되는 랙기어와, 상기 랙기어의 단부에 결합되어 상기 제 1, 2와이어에 걸리는 장력을 조절하는 실린더를 포함한다.
