Color plastering cement composition and Fineg dust reduction method using the plaster finish surface
The present invention relates to a color plastering cement composition for a plastering operation of a construction/civil structure and, more specifically, to a color plastering cement composition which is obtained by mixing a binding material including white cement with a complex thickener and a complex compound, thereby being usable immediately in an operation by only pouring water in a construction site, which has improved workability and finishing performance, thereby reducing occurrence of whitening, and which prevents aggregation of pigments since the entire components including the pigments are premixed. According to the present invention, 0.2-0.5 parts by weight of a pigment, 0.2-0.5 parts by weight of a methylcellulose-based and polysaccharide-based complex thickener, and 0.3-0.6 parts by weight of an oleic acid-based metal soap salt complex compound are added to 100 parts by weight of a binding material composition including 20-50 wt% of white cement having an L value of a Hunter Lab color space of 89.0 or more and 50-80 wt% of blast furnace slag power, wherein the L value ranges from 80.0 to 88.0, and the mixture is premixed, by using a weightless mixer, at the speed of 20-40 rpm for 200-400 seconds and shipped to be used by only pouring water at a construction site, wherein the composition has plastic viscosity of 1,000-2,500 cp at a temperature of 25°C and a water-cement ratio of 60%.
본 발명은 건축/토목 구조물의 견출작업을 위한 칼라 견출시멘트 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 백시멘트를 포함한 결합재에 복합 증점제 및 복합 화합물이 혼합되어 있어 시공 현장에서는 물만 부어 곧바로 작업에 착수할 수 있도록 하고, 작업성과 마감성이 형상되며 백화발생이 저감되도록 하되, 안료를 포함한 전체 조성물을 프리믹싱하여 안료 뭉침이 발생하지 않도록 하는 견출 칼라시멘트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「헌터랩(Hunter Lab) 색공간의 L값이 89.0 이상인 백시멘트 20~50wt% 및 고로슬래그 미분말 50~80wt%를 포함하고 상기 L값이 80.0~88.0인 결합재 조성물 100중량부에, 안료 0.2~0.5중량부, 메틸셀룰로오스계와 폴리사카라이드계의 복합 증점제 0.2~0.5중량부 및 올레인산계 금속비누염 복합 화합물 0.3~0.6중량부를 첨가하여, 무중력 믹서에서 20~40rpm으로 200~400초 프리믹싱함으로써 시공현장에서 물만 부어 사용할 수 있도록 출하되며, 기온 25℃, 물-시멘트비 60% 조건에서 소성점도가 1,000~2,500cp인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 견출시멘트 조성물」을 제공한다.
