Water channel gate
The present invention relates to an apparatus for opening and closing a duct gutter to block or supply running water of a duct to the outside by closing or opening a gutter formed through a side of the duct. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for opening and closing a duct gutter comprises: a gutter fixing plate installed on a gutter of a duct, and provided with a drainage hole formed therethrough to allow running water to move, and a plurality of bolt holes formed through an edge thereof to fasten and fix bolts on the duct; an opening/closing plate to vertically slide and move on the gutter fixing plate to block or introduce running water into the duct through the drainage hole; a handle rod formed on an upper portion of the opening/closing plate in a rod shape to vertically slide and move the opening/closing plate, and provided with a gripping handle unit formed on the upper end thereof; side guide units formed on both sides of the gutter fixing plate to guide the opening/closing plate to slide and move on the gutter fixing plate; and a lower support unit formed on a lower portion of the gutter fixing plate to support the lower end of the opening/closing plate to prevent the lower end of the opening/closing plate from being separated from the gutter fixing plate while the opening/closing plate seals the drainage hole. The side guide unit includes: a plurality of separation protrusion units which are separated to be arranged in a direction in which the opening/closing plate slides and moves, and allow a side end of the opening/closing plate to be inserted to reduce frictional force when the opening/closing plate slides and moves; a plurality of friction reduction grooves formed through the gutter fixing plate corresponding to the separation protrusion units to reduce frictional force when the opening/closing plate slides and moves; and a guide cover to cover the plurality of separation protrusion units to reinforce rigidity to prevent damage to the separation protrusion units.
본 발명은 관로의 측면에 관통형성된 측구를 개폐하여 관로의 유수를 외부로 공급하거나 차단하기 위한 관로 측구 개폐장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 관로 측구 개폐장치는 관로의 측구에 설치되며 유수가 이동하도록 관통된 배수공이 형성되고, 상기 관로에 볼트를 체결하여 고정하기 위해 복수 개의 볼트공이 둘레에 관통 형성된 측구고정판, 상기 측구고정판에 상하로 슬라이딩 이동하여 상기 배수공을 통해 상기 관로로 유수를 유입하거나, 차단하는 개폐판, 상기 개폐판의 상부에 막대형상으로 형성되어 상기 개폐판을 상하로 슬라이딩 이동시키며 상단에 파지하는 손잡이부가 형성된 손잡이대, 상기 측구고정판의 양측에 각각 형성되어 상기 측구고정판에서 상기 개폐판이 슬라이딩 이동하도록 가이드하는 측면가이드부, 상기 측구고정판의 하부에 형성되어 상기 개폐판이 상기 배수공을 밀폐한 상태에서 상기 개폐판의 하단부가 상기 측구고정판에서 이격되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 개폐판의 하단부를 지지하는 하부지지부를 포함하고, 상기 측면가이드부는 상기 개폐판이 슬라이딩 이동시 마찰력을 감소시키도록 상기 개폐판의 측단이 끼워지며 상기 개폐판이 슬라이딩 이동하는 방향으로 복수 개가 이격되어 배치되는 이격돌출부, 상기 이격돌출부와 대응되는 상기 측구고정판에 형성되어 상기 개폐판이 슬라이딩 이동시 마찰력을 감소시키도록 상기 측구고정판에 관통형성되는 복수 개의 마찰감소홈, 및 상기 이격돌출부의 파손을 방지하도록 상기 복수 개의 이격돌출부를 덮어 강성을 보강하는 가이드덮개를 포함한다.
