Installation method of hand-jammed prevention apparatus in the opening and closing a hinged door
The present invention relates to a method for installing a device for preventing injuries caused by jamming of a finger into a gap generated in part by being rotated by a hinge during opening/closing of a hinged door. In particular, installation of the device for preventing a hand from being jammed in a state that a hinged door is closed is not exposed to the outside. According to the present invention, a bending part is provided on a side surface of a door by bending one side plate of a hinge forming a hinge, and the bending part is fixed to a side surface of the door together with a bending stand at the same time after one side surface of the bending part is inserted into the bending stand. The method of the present invention comprises: a first process of fixing an auxiliary bending part for firmly fixing a bending stand in upper and lower sides of a bending part provided on one side plate of a hinge; a second process of providing the other side plate of the hinge as a plate to fix one side of the plate in close contact with a stepped surface of a door frame; a third process of connecting a foldable surface of a foldable piece to an edge body for preventing a hand from being jammed to fold the edge body in upper and lower sides of the plate forming the other surface of the hinge while maintaining a door in an open state; and a fourth process of assembling the edge body by closing the door in the open state.
본 발명은 여닫이 문의 개폐시 경첩에 의하여 회동되는 부분에 발생되는 틈으로 손가락 등의 끼임에 의한 부상등을 방지하기 위한 기구의 설치방법에 관한 것이으로, 특히 여닫이 문을 닫은 상태에서 이러한 손끼임 방지를 위한 장치가 설치되어진 것이 외부로 나타나지 않토록 한것에 적용되는 것으로, 문짝의 측면에는 경첩을 구성하는 힌지의 일측판을 절곡하여 절곡부를 구비하고, 상기 절곡부는 일측면이 개구되어지는 절곡대에 내입토록 한 후 절곡대와 동시에 문짝의 측면에 고정토록 하고, 그 상태에서 상기 힌지의 일측판에 구비되는 절곡부의 상하로는 절곡대의 견고한 고정을 위한 보조 절곡부를 고정토록 하는 제1공정과 상기 힌지의 타측판은 평판으로 구비하여 상기 평판의 일측변이 문틀의 단턱면에 밀착된 상태에서 고정하는 제2공정과 이 상태에서 문짝은 열린상태를 유지하면서 힌지의 타측면을 형성하는 평판의 상하로는 손 끼임방지를 위한 엣지본체에 엘지본체가 절첩되도록 절첩편의 절첩면을 연결하고, 절첩편의 고정면의 일측변이 문틀의 단턱면에 밀착되게 고정토록 하는 제3공정과 열린상태의 문짝을 닫아줌으로서 엣지본체가 조립되어지는 제4공정으로 이루어지는 것이다.
