Transfer Structure Construction Method Using U-shaped Steel Girder
The present invention relates to a transfer layer constructing method using a steel beam for pouring a transfer beam, which installs a steel beam for constructing a transfer layer, and separately pours and constructs a transfer beam on an upper portion of the steel beam to allow the steel beam to support a construction load until the upper slave pouring with the transfer beam, and to allow the transfer beam to support a permanent load. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the transfer layer constructing method comprises the steps of: (a) pouring a transfer beam lower layer slab; (b) erecting a steel column on an upper portion of the transfer beam lower layer slab; (c) assembling a ground floor steel frame to the steel column; (d) installing a transfer beam pouring steel beam having a U-shaped cross section at an upper end of the steel column, and installing a temporary work steel beam for connecting the transfer beam pouring steel beams; (e) constructing a floor and a column of a ground floor; (f) pouring concrete into the transfer beam pouring steel beam; (g) installing a cast at upper portions of the transfer beam pouring steel beam and the temporary work steel beam; and (h) pouring the concrete in the cast of the upper portion of the transfer beam pouring steel beam to form a transfer beam, and constructing an upper slave on an upper portion of the transfer beam.
본 발명은 트랜스퍼층 시공을 위하여 철골보를 설치하고 철골보의 상부에 트랜스퍼보를 분리타설하여 시공하도록 하여, 철골보는 트랜스퍼보와 상부 슬래브 타설시까지 시공하중을 지지하도록 하고, 트랜스퍼보가 영구하중을 지지하도록 하는 트랜스퍼보 타설용 철골보 이용한 트랜스퍼층 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 (a) 트랜스퍼보 하부층 슬래브를 타설하는 단계; (b) 트랜스퍼보 하부층 슬래브의 상부에 철골 기둥을 세우는 단계; (c) 철골 기둥에 지상층 철골을 조립하는 단계; (d) 철골 기둥의 상단부에 U형 단면을 갖는 트랜스퍼보 타설용 철골보를 설치하고, 트랜스퍼보 타설용 철골보와 트랜스퍼보 타설용 철골보를 연결하는 가설작업용 철골보를 설치하는 단계; (e) 지상층 바닥 및 기둥 시공하는 단계; (f) 트랜스퍼보 타설용 철골보의 내부에 콘크리트를 타설하는 단계; (g) 트랜스퍼보 타설용 철골보 및 가설작업용 철골보의 상부에 각각 거푸집 을 설치하는 단계; (h) 트랜스퍼보 타설용 철골보 상부의 거푸집에 콘크리트를 타설하여 트랜스퍼보를 형성하고, 트랜스퍼보의 상부에 상부 슬래브를 시공하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다.

The present invention relates to a transfer layer constructing method using a steel beam for pouring a transfer beam, which installs a steel beam for constructing a transfer layer, and separately pours and constructs a transfer beam on an upper portion of the steel beam to allow the steel beam to support a construction load until the upper slave pouring with the transfer beam, and to allow the transfer beam to support a permanent load.
