RETAINING WALL BLOCK WITH IMPROVED COHESION
The present invention relates to a retaining wall block with improved bonding force, which comprises: a support block installed on the ground, formed in a rectangular hexahedron, and having a circular coupling groove formed on one side and the other side of an upper portion; and a plurality of retaining wall blocks formed in a rectangular hexahedron, and having a first coupling unit formed with a circular groove on one side and the other side of the upper portion and a second coupling unit having a circular protrusion protruding from one side and the other side of a lower portion to be inserted into the coupling groove so as to be seated on the support block. The coupling groove and the first coupling unit have a downwardly tapered shape, and the second coupling unit is formed in a downwardly tapered conical shape to be accommodated in the first coupling unit so as to be coupled thereto. Also, a plurality of first adhesive units inserted on an upper surface of the retaining wall blocks, a plurality of second adhesive units inserted into a lower surface of the retaining wall blocks, a plurality of third adhesive units inserted into one side surface of the retaining wall blocks, and a plurality of fourth adhesive units inserted into the other side surface of the retaining wall blocks are installed. The first to fourth adhesive units are installed to be horizontal, and an adhesive is applied on surfaces of the first to fourth adhesive units when each of the retaining wall blocks is stacked to improve a bonding force between the retaining wall blocks.
본 발명은 결합력을 향상시킨 옹벽블록에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 지면에 설치되고 직사각형태의 육면체로 이루어지며 상부 일측과 타측에 원형의 결합홈이 형성된 지지블록; 및 직사각형태의 육면체로 이루어지고, 상부 일측과 타측에 원형의 홈이 형성된 제1결합부와, 하부 일측과 타측에 원형의 돌기가 돌출된 제2결합부가 상기 결합홈에 삽설되어 상기 지지블록에 안착되는 복수의 옹벽블록;을 포함하되, 상기 결합홈과 제1결합부는 하측으로 테이퍼진 형상이고, 상기 제2결합부는 제1결합부에 수용되기 위하여 하측으로 테이퍼진 원뿔형상으로 이루어져 상호 결합되고, 상기 옹벽블록 상부면에 삽설된 복수의 제1접착부와, 상기 옹벽블록 하부면에 삽설된 복수의 제2접착부와, 상기 옹벽블록 일측면에 삽설된 복수의 제3접착부; 및 상기 옹벽블록 타측면에 삽설된 복수의 제4접착부가 설치되고, 상기 제1접착부, 제2접착부, 제3접착부, 제4접착부는 수평을 이루도록 설치되며, 각 옹벽블록 적층 시 상기 제1접착부, 제2접착부, 제3접착부, 제4접착부 표면에 접착제를 도포하여 옹벽블록 끼리 접착력을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a retaining wall block with improved bonding force, which comprises: a support block installed on the ground, formed in a rectangular hexahedron, and having a circular coupling groove formed on one side and the other side of an upper portion; and a plurality of retaining wall blocks formed in a rectangular hexahedron, and having a first coupling unit formed with a circular groove on one side and the other side of the upper portion and a second coupling unit having a circular protrusion protruding from one side and the other side of a lower portion to be inserted into the coupling groove so as to be seated on the support block. The coupling groove and the first coupling unit have a downwardly tapered shape, and the second coupling unit is formed in a downwardly tapered conical shape to be accommodated in the first coupling unit so as to be coupled thereto. Also, a plurality of first adhesive units inserted on an upper surface of the retaining wall blocks, a plurality of second adhesive units inserted into a lower surface of the retaining wall blocks, a plurality of third adhesive units inserted into one side surface of the retaining wall blocks, and a plurality of fourth adhesive units inserted into the other side surface of the retaining wall blocks are installed. The first to fourth adhesive units are installed to be horizontal, and an adhesive is applied on surfaces of the first to fourth adhesive units when each of the retaining wall blocks is stacked to improve a bonding force between the retaining wall blocks.
본 발명은 결합력을 향상시킨 옹벽블록에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 지면에 설치되고 직사각형태의 육면체로 이루어지며 상부 일측과 타측에 원형의 결합홈이 형성된 지지블록; 및 직사각형태의 육면체로 이루어지고, 상부 일측과 타측에 원형의 홈이 형성된 제1결합부와, 하부 일측과 타측에 원형의 돌기가 돌출된 제2결합부가 상기 결합홈에 삽설되어 상기 지지블록에 안착되는 복수의 옹벽블록;을 포함하되, 상기 결합홈과 제1결합부는 하측으로 테이퍼진 형상이고, 상기 제2결합부는 제1결합부에 수용되기 위하여 하측으로 테이퍼진 원뿔형상으로 이루어져 상호 결합되고, 상기 옹벽블록 상부면에 삽설된 복수의 제1접착부와, 상기 옹벽블록 하부면에 삽설된 복수의 제2접착부와, 상기 옹벽블록 일측면에 삽설된 복수의 제3접착부; 및 상기 옹벽블록 타측면에 삽설된 복수의 제4접착부가 설치되고, 상기 제1접착부, 제2접착부, 제3접착부, 제4접착부는 수평을 이루도록 설치되며, 각 옹벽블록 적층 시 상기 제1접착부, 제2접착부, 제3접착부, 제4접착부 표면에 접착제를 도포하여 옹벽블록 끼리 접착력을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
