Leakage prevention method of underground parking lot using the humidity data
According to the present invention, a waterproof method for an underground parking lot includes: a humidity measuring step of measuring a humidity of a predetermined portion or selected portion; a data collecting step of collecting, analyzing, and providing measured humidity data; and a waterproofing step of selectively and gradually implementing waterproof treatment in accordance with the humidity data. The humidity measuring step measures the humidity by punching one or more holes having a depth of 150 to 200 mm in the portion to be measured and inserting a probe into the punched holes, and the waterproofing step implements the waterproof treatment by firstly injecting quick setting waterproof liquid into the holes and injecting slow setting waterproof liquid thereinto.
본 발명에 따른 지하주차장의 차수공법은 기 선정된 부위 또는 선택한 부위의 습도를 측정하는 습도 측정단계, 측정된 습도 데이터를 수집, 분석 및 제공하는 데이터 수집단계 및 상기 습도 데이터에 따라 선택적 및 단계적으로 차수를 진행하는 방수처리 단계를 포함하며, 상기 습도 측정단계는 측정하고자 하는 부위에 150 내지 200 mm의 깊이의 홀(hole)을 한 개 이상 천공하고 상기 천공된 홀(hole)에 프로브를 삽입하여 습도를 측정하며, 상기 방수처리 단계는 상기 홀(hole)에 급결 방수액을 우선 주입하고 이후 완결 방수액을 주입하여 차수하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
