The present invention relates to an outdoor emergency fire-fighting box, which allows a resident to perform initial fire suppression before a fire truck arrives at the fire site, and allows a fire-fighting hose to be quickly dragged to the fire scene in a state in which the opening unit of an enclosure is rotated towards the direction of the fire in case of emergency. To this end, the present invention comprises: a fixated disk (100) fixated to the floor and having an insertion hole (110) inserted into a fire hydrant (10); a rotating disk (200) installed at the upper portion of the fixated disk (100) and having an insertion hole (210) inserted into the fire hydrant (10); an enclosure (300) formed in a semi-cylindrical shape to be fixated to the upper portion of the rotating disk (200) and having an opening unit (310) and a domed roof (320); a door (400) formed in a semi-cylindrical shape to be installed to be concentrically rotatable on the inside of the enclosure (300) to open and close the opening unit (310); a hose reel (500) composed of disks (510, 520) arranged in the enclosure (300), a coupling (530) connected to an angle valve (11) of the fire hydrant (10) by a connecting hose (531) to rotatably support the disks (510, 520), and a fire-fighting hose (540) wound between the disks (510, 520) and having a water gun (541); and a reel support member (600) installed at the lower portion of a roof (320) to rotatably support the hose reel (500).
