The prevent invention relates to a stair stone using natural stone. To this end, the stair stone using natural stone provided by cutting and sanding natural rough stone, comprises: a rough stone cutting step of forming a stair stone shape to allow a front surface part to have an atypical natural shape, and to allow upper and lower surface parts, both side surface parts, and a rear surface part to have a plate shape by cutting only the upper and lower surface parts, the both side surface parts, and the rear surface part of natural rough stone loaded on a bogie by moving the bogie while a cutter is driven; and a stair stone sanding step of moving the stair stone in which the natural rough stone is cut from the bogie to a sanding machine to allow only the upper surface part and the front surface part to have surface treatment by the sanding so as to provide an anti-slip part in which a natural pattern is exposed, on the upper surface part to be stepped, and to provide the front surface part to have a sharply protruding natural shape surface to be smooth. Therefore, according to the present invention, natural rough stone extracted from a mine is cut into five surfaces using a cutter, and then, only the front surface part of the cut step stone and the upper surface part to be stepped are sanded by the sanding machine so as to expose a natural pattern.
이 건 발명은 자연석을 이용한 계단석에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 이 건 발명은 자연 원석을 절단하고, 샌딩하여 구비되어지는 자연석을 이용한 계단석에 있어서, 절단기가 구동되는 가운데 대차를 이동시켜 대차에 상차된 자연 원석이 상하면부와 양사이드면부 및 후면부만이 절단되어 전면부가 비정형 자연형태를 가지며, 상하면부와 양사이드면부 및 후면부는 평판형태를 가지도록 계단석의 형태를 형성하는 원석 절단단계; 및 상기 자연 원석이 절단된 계단석을 대차로부터 샌딩기로 이동시켜 상면부와 전면부만이 샌딩으로 면처리되어 발을 디디는 상면부는 자연무늬가 노출되는 미끄럼방지부가 마련되고, 전면부는 예리하게 돌출된 자연형태의 표면이 스무스하게 마련되는 계단석 샌딩단계;를 포함하도록 가공되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 이 건 발명은 광산에서 캐내어진 자연 원석을 절단기를 이용하여 5면이 절단되어지도록 한 후 절단된 계단석의 전면부 및 발을 디디는 상면부만 샌딩기로 샌딩되어지도록 하여 자연무늬가 노출되도록 한 것이다.
