One-touch-type rebar coupler
An objective of the present invention is to provide a one-touch type reinforcing bar coupler which can fix a reinforcing bar at a position where a reinforcing bar coupler holds the reinforcing bar. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the one-touch type reinforcing bar coupler comprises: a sleeve (20) formed in a cylindrical shape; a shooting spring (30) which is inserted into and installed on the outside of the sleeve (20), and applies a restoring force in an extending direction; a trigger unit (40) mounted on the sleeve (20) to maintain the shooting spring (30) in a contracting state, and released from the sleeve (20) when deformed by entry of the reinforcing bar; a clash sleeve (60) which has a first inner circumferential surface (61), is arranged in a housing (50), and is bounced and pushed by an extension action of the shooting spring (30); and a plurality of claws (70) having a first wedge protrusion (72) formed on the inside thereof, wherein a first outer circumferential surface (71) has a diameter becoming larger towards the outside and is surrounded by the first inner circumferential surface (61).
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 원터치 타입 철근 커플러는, 원통형으로 형성된 슬리브(20); 상기 슬리브(20)의 겉에 끼워져 설치되고 확장하는 방향으로 복원력을 작용하는 슈팅 스프링(30); 상기 슬리브(20)에 장착되어 상기 슈팅 스프링(30)이 수축한 상태를 유지하도록 하고, 철근의 진입으로 변형되면 상기 슬리브(20)에서 장착 해제되는 트리거 유닛(40); 제1 내주면(61)을 갖고 상기 하우징(50)의 내부에 배치되며 상기 슈팅 스프링(30)의 확장 작용으로 튕겨 밀려나는 클래시 슬리브(60); 및 제1 외주면(71)은 바깥쪽으로 갈수록 지름이 커지고 상기 제1 내주면(61)에 둘러싸이며, 안쪽에 제1 쐐기 돌기(72)가 형성된 복수의 클로(70);를 포함하여 구성할 수 있다.
