Structure of fixed external wall decoration moldingfor building
According to the present invention, a structure for fixing an outer wall decoration molding of a building is fixed on an outer wall (101) of the building (100) to decorate the outer wall of the building. A plurality of hangers (8) are formed on the front end of a stainless steel plate (7) in the decoration molding (1). A rectangular pipe (5) is fixed on the inside of the hangers by welding to integrate the hangers and the rectangular pipe (5). Then anchors (2) are inserted into fixing holes formed on the outer wall (101) of the building at regular intervals. An L-shaped hanger (4) and an inverted L-shaped fixture (3) fixed by a fixing bolt (6) are fixed on the anchors. The rectangular pipe (5) fixed on the hangers (8) of the stainless steel plate (7) in the decoration molding (1) is inserted into and fixed on an upper portion of the L-shaped hanger (4). A very light ceramic decoration molding can be easily and firmly fixed on the outer wall of a building to reduce weight, facilitate construction, provide excellent surface strength and durability, maximize the design effect of the outer wall of the building at low costs, allow manufacture in any shape to have variability, express different textures in accordance with a finishing method of the outer wall of the building, and express the same concrete-like texture as the outer wall of the building to be integrated with the building to obtain an excellent design decoration effect on the outer wall of the building.
본 고안의 건물의 외벽 장식몰딩 고정구조는, 건물(100)의 외벽(101)에 고정되어서 건물의 외벽을 장식하는 장식몰딩 고정구조를 구성함에 있어,장식몰딩(1)의 내부 스텐레스판(7)의 선단에 다수의 걸이구(8)를 형성하고, 상기 걸이구의 내측에는 사각파이프(5)를용접으로 고정하여 이들을 일체화시킨 다음, 건물의 외벽(101)에 일정간격마다 형성된 각각의 고정구멍에 앵커(2)를 삽입하고, 상기 앵커 상에는 고정볼트(6)로 고정된 ㄱ자 고정구(3)와 ㄴ자 걸이구(4)를 고정하며, 상기 ㄴ자 걸이구(4)의 상부에는 장식몰딩(1)의 내부 스텐레스판(7)의 걸이구(8)에 고정된 사각파이프(5)를 삽입 고정하므로서, 지극히 가벼운 세라믹 장식몰딩을 건물의 외벽에 쉽고 견고하게 고정시킬 수 있어 경량으로 시공이 간편하고, 표면강도와 내구성이 아주 뛰어나며, 저렴한 비용으로 건물의 외벽 디자인효과는 극대화시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 어떠한 형태로로 제작이 가능하여 다양성을 지니고 있고, 건물의 외벽 마감방법에 따라 색다른 질감을 표현하면서 건물의 외벽과 동일한 콘크리트와 같은 질감을 표현하여 건축물과 일체화시킬 수 있어서 건물의 외벽에 디자인적으로 훌륭한 장식효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한 것이다.

According to the present invention, a structure for fixing an outer wall decoration molding of a building is fixed on an outer wall (101) of the building (100) to decorate the outer wall of the building. A very light ceramic decoration molding can be easily and firmly fixed on the outer wall of a building to reduce weight, facilitate construction, provide excellent surface strength and durability, maximize the design effect of the outer wall of the building at low costs, allow manufacture in any shape to have variability, express different textures in accordance with a finishing method of the outer wall of the building, and express the same concrete-like texture as the outer wall of the building to be integrated with the building to obtain an excellent design decoration effect on the outer wall of the building.
