The present invention relates to a balcony drain which is installed on a balcony floor to guide rainwater flowing down from an upper floor or water created on the balcony and water discharged through a drain pipe of an outdoor unit to easily drain the water down to a lower floor. The balcony drain has a lower body unit inserted and installed in a floor where concrete is deposited and having a water collection space opened upwards, and discharges wastewater through a cover unit having a drainage hole formed therethrough and provided on an upper side of the lower body unit. Water is easily drained, and installation can be improved by a slide moved selectively and provided on an upper side of the lower body unit, an upper body unit installed on the slide and having a second insertion hole formed therethrough, a cover unit mounted on the upper body unit and having a first insertion hole formed therethrough, and an adjustment unit coupled to the upper body unit to adjust the height of a drain pipe.
본 발명은 발코니 배수구에 관한 것으로, 발코니 바닥에 설치하여 상층에서 내려오는 빗물이나 발코니에서 발생된 물 및 실외기 배수관을 통해 배출되는 물을 하층으로 용이하게 내려갈 수 있도록 안내하도록, 콘크리트가 타설된 바닥에는 집수공간이 상부로 개구된 하부몸체부가 내입설치되고 상기 하부몸체부의 상측에 배수공이 관통된 커버부를 통해 오수를 배출하는 발코니 배수구에 있어서, 상기 하부몸체부의 상측에 선택적으로 위치가 이동되는 슬라이드와, 상기 슬라이드에 설치되고 제2삽입공이 관통된 상부몸체부와, 상기 상부몸체부에 안착되고 제1삽입공이 관통된 커버부와, 상기 상부몸체부에 결합되어 배수관의 높이를 조절하는 조절부로 인해, 배수가 용이하고 설치성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
