본 발명은, ㄴ자형단면을 갖게 콘크리트로 만들어진 제1블록 위에 ㄱ자형단면을 갖게 콘크리트로 만들어진 제2블록이 평면에서 볼 때 절반이 중첩되게 한 것을 하나의 단위로서 사면에 얹어놓여지게 하고, 상기 하나의 단위을 이루고 있는 제1블록의 기립벽이 제2블록의 기립벽에 절반 겹쳐지게 하는 방식으로 복수개의 하나의 단위들이 하나의 열군을 이루어 사면의 경사방향에서 나란하게 배치하고, 그리고 상기 하나의 열군이 수평방향에서 일정한 간격을 두고서 사면에 피복된 방파제에 관한 것이다.
