The present invention relates to a rotary quick coupler. The rotary quick coupler of the present invention comprises: an upper body detachably coupled to a power transmission unit to which power is transmitted; a lower body having a work tool detachably coupled to a lower portion; and a rotating and fixing device for rotationally connecting the lower body to the upper body and selectively fixing the lower body at an arbitrary position. The rotating and fixing device includes: a rotation driving unit mounted on the upper body to generate rotational force; a driving gear member coupled to the rotation driving unit to rotate by receiving the rotational force of the rotation driving unit, and having gear teeth on an outer circumferential surface; a driven gear member which is fixedly coupled to an upper portion of the lower body and positioned inside the upper body, and has gear teeth engaged with the gear teeth of the driving gear member to receive the rotational force of the driving gear member and rotate while rotating the lower body; a rotation support unit mounted on the upper body to rotationally support the driven gear member; and a brake unit for selectively fixing and releasing the lower body. According to the present invention, a stop position of the work tool is accurately made, and the durability is increased in a stopped state.
본 발명은 회전형 퀵 커플러에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 동력이 전달되는 동력전달부에 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 상부몸체; 하부에 작업툴이 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 하부몸체; 상기 하부몸체를 회전 가능하게 상기 상부몸체에 연결시킴과 아울러 하부몸체를 선택적으로 임의의 위치에 고정시키는 회전 및 고정장치를 포함하며, 상기 회전 및 고정장치는, 상기 상부몸체에 장착되어 회전력을 발생시키는 회전구동유닛; 상기 회전구동유닛에 결합되어 상기 회전구동유닛의 회전력을 전달받아 회전하며 외주면에 기어치들이 구비되는 구동기어부재; 상기 하부몸체의 상부에 고정 결합되어 상기 상부몸체의 내부에 위치하며, 상기 구동기어부재의 기어치들과 맞물리는 기어치들이 구비되어 상기 구동기어부재의 회전력을 전달받아 회전하면서 하부몸체를 회전시키는 종동기어부재; 상기 상부몸체에 장착되어 상기 종동기어부재를 회전 가능하게 지지하는 회전지지유닛; 상기 하부몸체를 선택적으로 고정 및 해제시키는 브레이크유닛;을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 작업툴의 정지위치를 정확하게 할 뿐만 아니라 정지된 상태에서 내구력이 크게 된다.
The present invention relates to a rotary quick coupler. The rotary quick coupler of the present invention comprises: an upper body detachably coupled to a power transmission unit to which power is transmitted; a lower body having a work tool detachably coupled to a lower portion; and a rotating and fixing device for rotationally connecting the lower body to the upper body and selectively fixing the lower body at an arbitrary position.
