According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a porous ceramic, which comprises 80-95 wt% of fumed silica and 5-20 wt% of polysiloxane-derived crosslinkable material. According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing porous ceramic, comprising: (a) preparing a mixture including 80 to 95 wt % of fumed silica and 5 to 20 wt % of polysiloxane; (b) compressing and heating the mixture to cross-link the same; and (c) sintering the cross-linked mixture of step (b). According to the present invention, process efficiency can be improved.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 건식 실리카(fumed silica) 80~95중량% 및 폴리실록산 유래(polysiloxane-derived) 가교결합성 물질 5~20중량%를 포함하는, 다공성 세라믹이 제공된다. 또한, 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, (a) 건식 실리카 80~95중량% 및 폴리실록산 5~20중량%를 포함하는 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; (b) 상기 혼합물을 압축 및 가열하여 가교결합시키는 단계; 및 (c) 가교결합된 상기 (b) 단계의 혼합물을 소결하는 단계;를 포함하는, 다공성 세라믹의 제조방법이 제공된다.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a porous ceramic, which comprises 80-95 wt% of fumed silica and 5-20 wt% of polysiloxane-derived crosslinkable material.
