The present invention relates to a grouting waterproofing filling method for a windowsill and a window frame which fills a lightweight grouting reinforcing agent in a separated space of a windowsill and a concrete wall or in a window frame to effectively block a crack and ultimately increase adhesion density and watertightness to provide a water leakage prevention effect for a long period. The grouting waterproofing filling method for a windowsill and a window frame comprises: a process of removing water and air; a process of injecting a lightweight grouting reinforcing agent; and a process of curing the lightweight grouting reinforcing agent. The present invention fills a lightweight grouting reinforcing agent in a separated space of a windowsill and a concrete wall or fills the lightweight grouting reinforcing agent in an internal space of the windowsill and a window frame to effectively block a crack by increasing adhesion density and watertightness for the grouting reinforcing agent filled in a separated crack or in the windowsill and the window frame. Moreover, the present invention can expect the effect of maintaining durability life for a long period such as prevention of a water leakage phenomenon caused by a small crack by suppressing crack creation through the cured grouting reinforcing agent even in a harsh environment.
본 발명은 창틀과 콘크리트 벽면의 이격된 공간, 또는 창틀 프레임 내부에 경량의 그라우팅 보강제를 충진시켜 줌으로서 균열 틈새를 효과적으로 차단하면서도 궁극적으로는 접착밀도와 수밀도를 높여 누수방지 효과를 장기간 제공할 수 있도록 하는 창틀 및 창문틀 그라우팅 충진 공법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 창틀과 콘크리트 벽면의 이격된 공간에 경량의 그라우팅 보강제를 충진시키거나, 창틀 및 창문틀 프레임 내부 공간에 경량의 그라우팅 보강제를 충진시켜 줌으로서, 이격된 틈새 또는 창틀 및 창문틀 프레임 내부에 체워지는 그라우팅 보강제에 대한 접착 밀도와 수밀도를 높여, 균열 틈새를 효과적으로 차단할 수 있게 되는 것이며, 더 나아가 혹독한 환경에서도 양생된 그라우팅 보강제를 통해 균열 발생을 억제하게 됨으로 인해 미세 균열로 인한 누수 현상이 방지되는 등 내구 수명이 장기간 유지되는 효과를 기대할 수 있는 것이다.

본 발명은 창틀과 콘크리트 벽면의 이격된 공간, 또는 창틀 프레임 내부에 경량의 그라우팅 보강제를 충진시켜 줌으로서 균열 틈새를 효과적으로 차단하면서도 궁극적으로는 접착밀도와 수밀도를 높여 누수방지 효과를 장기간 제공할 수 있도록 하는 창틀 및 창문틀 그라우팅 충진 공법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 창틀과 콘크리트 벽면의 이격된 공간에 경량의 그라우팅 보강제를 충진시키거나, 창틀 및 창문틀 프레임 내부 공간에 경량의 그라우팅 보강제를 충진시켜 줌으로서, 이격된 틈새 또는 창틀 및 창문틀 프레임 내부에 체워지는 그라우팅 보강제에 대한 접착 밀도와 수밀도를 높여, 균열 틈새를 효과적으로 차단할 수 있게 되는 것이며, 더 나아가 혹독한 환경에서도 양생된 그라우팅 보강제를 통해 균열 발생을 억제하게 됨으로 인해 미세 균열로 인한 누수 현상이 방지되는 등 내구 수명이 장기간 유지되는 효과를 기대할 수 있는 것이다.
